The cabin was super cozy and welcoming! Pictures DO NOT do it justice! Upon arriving, you find a cabin that is tucked away in the tall pines, but not too far off the beaten path. A covered porch welcomes you with swings for the kids, plenty of seating space, and a gas grill. Once you open the door, discover a spacious area that is nicely decorated and appointed with all you need for a wonderful stay. There is plenty of seating in the dining area. The heater works great, and the beds are comfy. The bedrooms and bathrooms are very spacious and provide more than enough space for your belongings. The kids absolutely LOVED the playroom and never got bored the entire time we were there. They didn't even want to get on any electronic devices, which was a plus! We were fortunate enough to visit when there was a ton of snow, and our driveway worked perfectly for sledding. We also saw elk and wild turkeys in the area, which was super cool! I absolutely recommend staying here. We would definitely come back again!

Where do we start? We are typically a dispersed tent camping family but from time to time we grab a cabin for our adventures depending on the situation. In between long camp seshes we nab a cabin to mix it up, get some proper showers, and maybe even some laundry. We have stayed in numerous cabins, and this was hands down the BEST! This trip I had my parents tagging along and wanted to show them a place in Arizona that holds a special place in my heart. Greer AZ and all the White Mountains have to offer. With the parents in tow, we didn’t want them to rough it and wanted to make sure they were comfortable. We hiked, we fished, we explored. After the long days out exploring we came back to legit cabin luxury. The 2 Blue Feather Cabin in Greer is more than comfortable, and more than you would typically expect from your normal Cabin stay. Nestled in Greer, close to the Little Colorado, three reservoirs, and an easy 10-40 minute drive to numerous other hiking trails, creeks, lakes, ski and snowboarding resorts….The 2 Blue Feather has it all!!! Want to sit in a jacuzzi style bath and soak after a high elevation hike or long day skiing or snowboarding on the slopes? Want to hang out on the front porch and grill some trout or steaks with the family after a good day out on the lake fishing? Want espresso with your breakfast to fuel up before you head out on your days adventures (yes there is an espresso machine and its amazing, it was a hit with the parents and definitely better than cowboy coffee on a normal camp sesh)? Want to sit around the fire and play board games with the family? Or maybe sitting by the fire and grabbing a book from the cabins selection is your way of decompressing? I recommend reading “ On the Road to Nowhere, A History of Greer, Arizona”. Maybe hit some old school arcade games like pac man and asteroids is more your style? The arcade games were a big hit with the little guy and I would be lying if I said I didn’t have a go either. Leon, we were unable to beat your high score on Asteroids, or even get close for that matter. Anyways, I can go on and on about how great the cabin and the stay was. Greer is Magical. The cabin is was absolutely stunning and was a blessing for our family trip. If you are coming to Greer, make the reservation at the 2 Blue Feather. We will be back and we are already looking forward to coming back!!! Until next time. Fish on.

I have been wanting to show my family the beauty of the white mountains. They thought I was crazy when I suggested a June trip to Arizona but they came. I contacted Cabin Butler about booking cabins at whispering pines resort. They were most helpful. Our cabins were located next to each other in a pleasant cul de sac setting. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the well stocked cabins. We had plenty of space and the setting allowed us to cook group meals. The staff came by to ensure we had everything we needed. They gave us information on local activities and when we saw the staff in our walks, they always had a friendly hello. The setting was beautiful. The rustic cabins clean and comfortable. All in all a great experience from booking to checkout. Thank you Cabin Butler

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at the Greer Ranch Cabin this past Oct with our daughter, son in law and their 3 small boys. We have vacationed many times in Greer over the years staying at a different cabins each time and have always had a wonderful time, however this cabin was the absolute best we've ever stayed at, plenty of room inside and out. It's a beautiful cabin fully equipped with everything we needed to prepare our meals, quality construction a newer cabin no fireplace but central heating kept us comfortable, wrap around porch made it easy to sit outside and watch the kids explore. There are no cabins especially close by so it is easy to enjoy the quiet and beauty of woods. The grandsons have already told us this is where they would like to come next year

The cabin was awesome! Perfect for our family and fur babies. The location was a beautiful and convenient walk to restaurants and shops. The customer service was top notch! Will definitely book again for our next trip to Greer!

My husband and I reserved four nights (6/11/21-6/15/21) at Cabin Butler's River Alpine Loft in Greer, Arizona. We chose this particular rental because it allowed dogs, and we were bringing our Rosie girl with us. The photo of the rental online showed a flight of railroad tire type stairs that we knew our dog could manage. When we arrived at Cabin Butler's, they gave us a printout of the photo of the rental with these stairs as well. But when we arrived at the rental there was a new flight of much steeper stairs made of steel with openings on the floor. See two attached photos of current steel stairs and prior stairs as FALSELY ADVERTISED then (and still now!). Needless to say, Rosie was traumatized by the current stairs, and my husband had to carry her. Rosie weighs 50 pounds. The only way we could leave and return to the cabin with Rosie was to navigate our way down the steep side of the cabin. My husband had discomfort in his hip the remainder of our vacation. To top it off, there were hornets buzzing around both entrances to the cabin during our entire stay, the shower door would not close, the bathroom sink stopper was broken, and the kitchen sink faucet was extremely loose. In summary, we DO NOT RECOMMEND staying here.

We had high expectations of the Alpine Loft. We could have given it a five star but some important maintenance details in the Loft were left unattended. Little details always complete the over all satisfaction of our stay.
The good: The Loft has lots of privacy, very clean and the ambiance makes for a good relaxation stay. The 32 steps is a good workout to start the day.
The bad: Our stay could have been better, had maintenance and good care of the property is priority.
To name a few : the bathroom is flooded each time we showered because the shower door does not close; the kitchen faucet, the toilet holder and the oven handle are loose when all it takes is a few minutes for a handy man to tighten them.
There was no coffee table to set up our drinks when watching tv, no place for our toiletries, wire hangers has no place in the closet(need to replace)
The shutters behind the front door is broken, the outdoor light switch could not be turned off yet you instruct us to turn it off at night.
While you mention that there is a Coffee maker, you failed to disclose that we need to bring our own grinder or bring ground coffee.

We stayed in a lovely cabin managed by Cabin Butler in December 23 and were very impressed with the cabin and even more so with the treatment we received from the office and maintenance staff at Cabin Butler. They made every effort to assure that the cabin met our expectations and our stay was exceptional. Well Done.
