It has been our absolute pleasure to work with Aimee Kelly and her crew not once, but twice! Aimee Kelly is a consummate professional with considerable talent and expertise. I am thrilled to have had our most recent real estate experience with Aimee and her team. Our situation was unique in that we had two properties to sell. My mother's home and a rental home next door to my mother's home. We have sold two homes with Aimee and the Aimee Kelly Crew. Aimee makes selling your house as relaxing as it can possibly be. She makes sure that you are prepared for all the steps that go along with selling. She sends out reminders of dates and things that are going to happen and is extremely quick to respond to any and all questions you may have. If she doesn't know the answer, she is quick to research it and find it. She has a whole crew that makes sure your house is prepared to be shown in the best light possible, showing you the best way to highlight your home's features. She has a production team that will produce a video of your home. Our video was so well done, really just showcased our home perfectly. She also has a great list of reliable contractors for any issues you may need to address. She introduced us to a great, little company, Balanced Chaos, that came in and helped us organize and pack our many books and collectibles. She made sure we were 100% prepared for our closing. We also used Aimee to buy the house that we moved into. She made sure that any repairs that needed to be done were done to our satisfaction and done before we took possession. During our walk-through she made sure that everything we asked to be removed from the property was removed. This is Aimee's full time job and she absolutely puts in more than full time hours! If we do move again... we will be calling Aimee!
