Positive: Convenient location on the bus line Negative: Fridge had some open drinks left by the previous occupants ansd it was not pluged in so i had to clean it out, plug it in and wait for it to get cold before i could store my medication. The shampoo was empty, apparently it was left thereand not discarded

We booked this hotel as a last-minute option for a sports tournament. While the staff was friendly and accommodating, the overall condition of the hotel was far below par.
The room, though tidy, was quite dusty, and we found hair in the bathroom. The presence of dust throughout the room and the worn-out refrigerator further detracted from the experience. The lack of a closet and limited hangers added to the inconvenience.
Considering the price, this establishment feels more like a motel than a hotel. It's a shame that such a subpar experience was offered, especially given the desperate situation of last-minute bookings.

Staff would not honor senior discount. Seriously, there was only one other guest at motel. Also tried to keep my credit card which was very sketchy. Sheets were clean but everything else was a lot to be desired. Wifi password did not work and did not attempt to touch anything. Decor and furnishings need an overhaul. Unfortunately, I left my phone charger there. Consider it gone.

Not exactly happy about this place. The room was ok-if you don't mind paying extra for a room than usual.. & having issues with the TV & cable service-that had to be fixed multiple times-by going to the lobby, ringing the bell, & waiting a while for someone to come-just to find out their room is attached to the office-& they live there!, no room service or café in service, no drinks/food offered, no one in the lobby to assist you, no phone in the rooms, mold in the air conditioner, & the pool being closed- obviously for a while but the looks of it! But the bed was comfy, wouldn't recommend sitting in the multiple sofa chairs in the room though-they had some "curious spots" & don't look like they've been cleaned in a while.. I tried being switched to another room, but it was no better.. & they wanted to charge extra-even though I just got there & hadn't even used anything in there yet.

Got to hotel at 8 pm in pouring rain and was told that my reservation did not exist. Had made a reservation with my credit card and was told that if I needed to cancel it - I had to do it within 48 hours before the date of stay - i never cancelled. When I got to the hotel I was made to stand in the rain and was told they don’t take credit cards they only take cash…. And that they were booked and had no rooms available. |This is unacceptable, I am a 83 year old woman traveling with my daughter to a new state at night - we spent an hour till 9 pm trying to find a room - in an unfamiliar neighborhood- in the pouring rain - in the dark parking lot of the Knight Inn- and we were left with nowhere to go. Shame on a business who takes advantage of elderly people.
