We spent a week in Mexico and could not be happier with Windrose and the trip Matt planned for us! From the moment we had a private van to our resort I knew we were in good hands. The resort was a perfect fit for our family of 5, we had an excursion day that was flawless and a private ride back to the airport too! Every part of this family vacation was what I had been dreaming of and Matt made it stress free for us. We even had flight changes the month prior due to airline changes and Matt took care of it all and even managed to save us money in the process. We will definitely use Windrose Expeditions again!

My wife and I have each had a lifelong dream of visiting Japan since before we met each other. We finally decided to start planning a trip to celebrate our 5th wedding anniversary. We have never traveled internationally and don't speak Japanese, so we were overwhelmed and didn't know where to start. We setup a call with Matt and, after discussing our interests and what we wanted out of our trip, he provided an itinerary. It was a relief to have our accommodations, train tickets, and attraction passes taken care of and scheduled for us. Matt was also very helpful in providing travel information, as well as culturally specific information for Japan so we could be as prepared as possible. He was very receptive to scheduling follow-up calls to answer any questions and assuage our anxiety in the run-up to our vacation.

The trip went off without a hitch and we had an amazing, unforgettable vacation. The attractions we had pre-planned were a delight and the customized guidebooks provided for each city we visited were indispensable for planning out activities on our "free days." Matt also checked in on us a couple of times during the trip to ensure everything was going well. We had zero major issues from beginning to end and we can't thank Matt enough for providing his time and expertise. This truly was the trip of a lifetime and I would highly recommend Windrose Expeditions to anyone looking to plan travel to an unfamiliar country.

Matt was absolutely fantastic while helping my now husband and I plan our honeymoon in Jamaica. He helped coordinate everything - recommending resort options that best fit our personality, booking flights that were so convenient and made travel a breeze, and handling a customer service issue with the resort on our behalf, among so many other things he handled for us this past year.

At no point did we feel pressured into any specific resort and if we requested additional choices we were promptly provided with many more.
