The website said it would be open, but it was closed. Most of the park was open so you could enjoy looking around at everything except the museum and visitor center. But it’s annoying when they say they’re open and they’re not. The old warships were nice to look at, the park was small, restrooms were open, not very clean.

My favorite place in Fall River — Whether it’s to go for a walk/jog, read a book, or watch the sunset. You will definitely catch a beautiful warm sunset during summer. It’s doesn’t get crowded during the daytime but as soon as it’s the evening it can become a little crowded. There’s also a close by ice cream shop.

Great walking/ running path.
Good parking, plenty of trash receptacles, doggie poop bags. I can't wait to see the updates.

Parking can sometimes be a little tricky, but this is a beautiful area to sit and eat and enjoy the waterfront tucked away in Fall River. The high quality of the boardwalk and the cleanliness is very noteworthy. The display inside the museum and the movies that they offer for free make for an interesting day. You can actually spend a full day here between Battleship Cove and walking the park and having some lunch and enjoying the history and heritage that makes this city great.

This dog friendly public park has great parking, spots to play frisbee or lounge in the sun as well as grill and walk along the river. You’ll be able to see the naval ships and can even pay for a tour on one.

Ate dinner with family at the picnic tables while the sunset behind the battleship. Nice enough spot to eat outside. Didn’t really explore the park.

Great view , free parking , picnic area , and stores and restaurants not too far . A great place to stob by if your driving through !
