Had an amazing experience with Sydney and Jocelyn! They were extremely helpful and diligent the whole time. From helping us set up to getting things for us we didn’t even realize we needed they were there every step of the way! Such a beautiful place and amazing staff!

I had the pleasure to be a secondary to photograph a wedding here for the first time (I usually lead on weddings). It was GREAT! Loved it here, Jocelyn is 10/10 a wonderful coordinator. She worked so well with us and supplied even a bit more time to make sure we got things done for the couple. The food was excellent! I would have totally utilized the garden some more if I had the chance, the views here are outstanding. Would love the opportunity to photograph here again! Thanks so much to Jocelyn + Staff for crushing it!

My husband and I got married 6/15/24 and it was an absolute dream. The day was absolutely perfect. Matt and Jocelyn worked so well together and kept the day moving so smoothly. Not one thing went wrong that we know of. I would recommend anyone have their wedding here! They are so organized, the food is amazing and they are very communicative. We have gotten endless compliments about how beautiful our day was! Highly recommend!!!

Choosing Independence Harbor was a decision that we will never regret. We had our wedding at the end of March 2025 and worked with both Sydney and Jocelyn. Communication with Sydney was constant and she was always available if we had a question. The price for the venue was also so affordable and staff went above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable and taken care of throughout the ceremony and reception. We would recommend this venue to anyone getting married and were so grateful to have had the pleasure of working with Sydney and Jocelyn.

As father of the bride i have to say our special night . 9/21/24 was 100% caring and quality throughout. Matt and Jocelyn work very hard and know the importance of flow. The food and drink were spectacular! This was an evening wedding, but the outside lighting showed the gorgeous gardens. What a great time!

Independence Harbor has got to have one of the grandest gardens I’ve ever seen. The grounds are meticulously groomed, and sweet Spring blooms of daffodils and tulips were out everywhere. Perfect for their intimate wedding ceremony, with 20 guests in attendance.
We were lucky enough to photograph Kate & Dan's wedding there and it was a beautiful venue for a spring wedding. It was late April and the gardens were already bursting with colorful flowers and blooming trees.

My husband and I got married at Independence Harbor last Saturday (7/29/23), and the entire day was truly a dream.

We didn't meet Matt, the day of wedding venue coordinator, until the rehearsal, and when we did, we were instantly put at ease over any stress. (Including the possibility of rain) He was honestly the best, extremely professional, and helped make sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish.

Jocelyn was another coordinator for the day of the wedding, and she was really so wonderful as well. She collaborated with us, our photographer, and our dj to constantly make sure everything was on schedule.

I really can't speak enough of the professionalism and kindness of these two, as well as the rest of the staff. They were always 10 steps ahead and took care of everything so that we could be fully present and enjoy our day.

The grounds, the food, the bar, the space - every element of this venue exceeded our expectations. Independence Harbor is a hidden gem. Don't sleep on this amazing venue!

Our guests keep reaching out to tell us how they had the absolute best time.

I went there for brunch with my family and the food was phenomenal. It wasn't all you can eat breakfast and lunch buffet and the choices were very accommodating. The stand out for me was the eggs Benedict, I didn't expect a buffet to have such good eggs Benedict. The space is very accommodating and large, my brother's in a wheelchair and we had no problem navigating the area. I definitely plan on going again.
