My favorite Newport memory was sailing aboard the beautiful Aquidneck located in the heart of downtown Newport. The crew was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and fun. I want to give a huge shot out to Rose for making my experience unforgettable. My husband and I celebrated our birthday weekend about two weeks ago and Rose allowed us to sail the boat for a few minutes as well as allowed my husband and daughter to assist with lifting the sails. She made us feel comfortable, safe and filled our experience with excitement. She truly has a beautiful soul, it only took me 10minutes to see it.
Jack and Connor are pretty cool as well. If you have kids or are celebrating a special event I highly recommend going with Rose, Jack and Connor. They stand out above the rest!

We did the sunset sail with aquidneck and it was a great experience. The whole crew was awesome and they were very knowledgeable of the history of Newport and it's surrounding houses. 10/10 would recommend the sunset sail. It was a stunning time of day.

Captain Matt encouraged participation, allowing those interested to take the helm or help with the sails, which made the experience even more engaging. Whether you're a seasoned sailor or a complete novice, there’s something for everyone on this tour.

As we sailed back, the sunset painted the sky in vibrant hues, providing a breathtaking backdrop that capped off an already wonderful day. The Aquidneck is a beautiful boat, and the crew are top notch, and fun to hang out with. Low stress, low key, beautiful sunset sail… with multiple drinks included! Actually a shockingly good deal considering that.

What an awesome time my boyfriend and I had on this sailing adventure! We went on a morning Mimosa sail late in October and it was so much fun! The crew told us lots of history about the sights we saw around Newport - these included Jackie Kennedy’s childhood home, the famous ‘House on the Rock’, and Fort Adams. The mimosas were pretty much bottomless - and delicious! The ride was extremely smooth and calming. I tend to get motion sick and this didn’t bother me at all! Super fun and totally worth every penny. Make sure to bring a few dollars in cash to tip the crew at the end!

Visiting from Colorado, we did the sunset cruise, and I can't say enough about the cruise. The captain and his crew were very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and pleasant. They were very clear with the safety instructions, and made it clear that safety was a priority. The views were spectacular, the sunset was gorgeous. The drinks were nice. The price was very well worth the tour. If you don't take the opportunity to go on the cruise, you're really missing out. I was very pleased to see that the captain and his crew did NOT talk the entire time, encouraging you to take in the views, explore and ask questions as they arise.

Had a fun time on the Aquidneck for the champagne sunset cruise. Friendly, informative crew who were happy to answer questions, interact with guests while we sailed around Newport harbor & Narragansett bay. We were served champagne that is included in the price as soon as we set sail & they offer complimentary beer & water too. The weather was awesome when we started sailing though it was quite windy & got colder as the sun started setting. Definitely carry a light jacket or sweatshirt with you. It was a nice relaxing evening- I only wish the sunset had been one of those wow kinda sunsets, but hey, no one has control over Mother Nature!

This was the most amazing sail ever! Our group had so much fun, I would definitely recommend this to anyone considering it. We were on Starlight and Sophie was our Captain and she was the absolute best! She was so knowledgeable about every single thing we asked her about. It was incredible because I feel like we asked her a million questions and she had all of the answers. It is obvious Sophie is extremely experienced and loves what she does. We wanted a group photo and she didn't mind snapping some pictures for us as well. She was also very gracious and polite when she didn't have to be. My 80 year old Uncle joined us and after we returned to the dock and all got off he stayed behind to chat her up, asking for her card and things like that. It was kind of annoying because we had asked how frequently she takes people sailing and turns out she only had a 15 minute break in between. My family kept trying get him to come on but he is kind of difficult and doesn't really consider things like that so she continued talking to him and didn't seem bothered at all. Sorry about that Sophie and thank you so much for an unforgettable experience, you are awesome!
