The chicharrones with guac were delicious. Service was really good. Anita was an awesome server. She was friendly and attentive. Everything on the menu looked really good. I will be back for more. The coffee was off the hook!

The staff was attentive, kind, & friendly.
The food was amazing, & came out of the kitchen extremely fast, portions were huge !
Prices were fair. & The drinks are incredible. Definitely will be back! Thank you for a lovely experience, El Balcòn !

When you work with a genuine desire to serve others, you add the EXTRA to the word ordinary!!! Don Robert is an EXTRAORDINARY human being, who cares and poses excellent people skills. I was feeling miserably sick, and out of the nowhere she brought to the table a hot tea made out of panela and citrus. That combined with the soup he recommended, was medicine for my soul and body. Portions are generous!! I will drive extra miles just to see Don Roberto once I feel better. He invited us to their karaoke and margaritas night. I will definitely be back with some friends and family! Thank you so much for a heartwarming experience Don Robert.
