The weather was perfect to sit outside on the covered patio area. Our server, Jody, was outstanding! She provided great customer service! We enjoyed our lunch - Grouper Bites, House Salad, and Fries. A perfect spot to share a casual meal. Give them a try today - highly recommend!

Our first time coming and we really enjoyed it. The service was outstanding, as was the food. Both of us got the grouper, my mom the grilled chunks, myself the blackened sandwich. The tater kegs made for a tasty starter. Sidewinder fries were perfectly crispy and seasoned. Our desserts, the key lime cake and the salted caramel cheesecake were fantastic. Our server was friendly and provided prompt service and great recommendations. The owner stopped by to check on us, which is always nice. We'll definitely be coming back to try some of their other tasty sounding menu items.

I went to The Getaway for the first time with my boyfriend, his family and my family. I love the casual experience! Our family loved the grouper, the Buffalo chicken dip, everything we ordered. We all definitely will be coming back! The server(I apologize) I think his name was Scott, was great and very attentive, we also met the GM she is awesome. It was a great experience and my king of place! Thank all of you again. It was a great birthday dinner!😊💜

Philly was very tasty and the broccoli was well cooked. Prices are reflective of current trends, which sucks, but it was still a great experience with excellent service. Will be back if I'm ever in the Tallahassee area again.

We are traveling from AZ to Florida and stopped in to the Getaway Grill in Tallahassee, FL for lunch. Amazing food and service! By far the best grouper we have ever had and our standards are high! Great quality and cooked to perfection! Service was excellent and it is conveniently located right off the I-10. What a find and diverse menu and clearly a local favorite! Thank you, Leo & Hilary

My husband and I have been here several times, and everything is always great. We usually get burgers, but I decided to try the grouper sandwich and it was worth it! The live music sounded great as well. We will definitely be back.

This place was soo good. The owner Jody was soo nice. The food was everything. The Buffalo chicken egg rolls are definitely a hit. The Hot Spot burger was made with Love

Place was good. Flavors very good. Problem is if you are going to charge $17. for a sandwich it should have some meat. A 10% discount does not replace 75% of the meat missing.
