I was nervous before traveling here this summer based on some of the reviews. However, we had a great stay. I found the room to be perfectly clean and one of the more updated spots in Yarmouth. For a hotel like this I had quite low expectations - just a clean place to sleep. However, my expectations were exceeded. There was a nice outdoor space where we could have some drinks and had a surprising amount of privacy given the layout. The staff was attentive and very friendly. The location is really great. The only issue we had was forgetting to request another blanket before the front office closed, but that was only because we had gotten the room so cold due to the AC working so well and failed to plan accordingly. We will absolutely return and we’re very happy with the value, particularly compared to what I viewed as insanely and disappointingly overpriced rooms at surrounding hotels.

Great place to stay! They have done many beautiful updates to their suites. I travel a lot, and I bring my support cat everywhere I go. What I like is that it is quiet, cozy little cottages, that are nicely updated, with very comfortable memory foam beds, and quality pillows. I have stayed in many places, and their quality is much like a Hilton feel to it. The staff is very friendly. Their prices are competitive, and reasonable too! |I would highly recommend Harborside Suites! My cat also knows the best too, meow! 🙂

Great place! The staff is so accommodating and my dog absolutely loves the place. The rooms are two story with a kitchen and living room on the first floor and bedroom on the second. The space is clean and everything was wonderful! Thank you Harborside Suites!

Disappointed in the rooms. They say they are queens, but they definitely not. It's a full if that. Looks nothing like the pictures. Windows were dirty, TV was broken, heater didn't work, floor was unstable, and there no hooks in the bathroom. Would not recommend.
Update to response: I was with my daughter and yes I was staying in the room with no hair dryer. Perfect response for customer service to have removed.

BEWARE! I booked through the Delta website and read the reviews before hand. I thought I had booked a cute little local gem. Instead, when we arrived, I was greeted by a man who was laying on a dirty couch in the lobby. There were cobwebs everywhere. That was my first clue and I should have left then and there. But, I decided to give it a try. I had looked at the pictures in the gallery, they looked nice. After check in, the employee in the lobby pulled a couple of blankets out of a bin in the lobby and gave them to us. He then escorted us to our room to show show us how to unlock the door with a code and explained not to lock the door with the lock on the doorknob, but to use another. The room was not very clean, we felt like we were going to fall through the floor, the beds were tiny, the TV did not work, and the whole experience was very sketchy. We decided we would try to go to another area the following day. I checked with the office that night to see if we could cancel and get a refund. I was told "no problem". I would have stayed if they said no. So, we checked out the next day. Fast forward two weeks later. I called because I was overcharged for the rooms. $109 a night. That was not what I had booked, and I still didn't get a refund for the nights we didn't stay. I was told they have a no refund policy and that I should talk to Expedia because that is who I paid. I explained that I booked through Delta and that Harborside suites charged me directly. After a while of back and fourth, they said they would refund one night. (We'll see if that happens) Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place!!!

My boyfriend & I had an amazing stay at the Harborside Suites. Our suite was clean and perfect, with plenty of space and all the comforts we needed. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure everything was just right. It was the perfect getaway, and we can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend

Trust your gut on this one. There is a reason a four night stay is equivalent to a single night everywhere else on the Cape.

We were supposed to stay for five days/four nights. We stayed an hour before deciding to leave.

Stayed in plenty of two star hotels this one had a certain…. Eerie feeling to it

Also reading all of the negative reviews it seems someone on the management team is ready to clap back. 😅😳 Look it is what it is — the renovations look nice but are cheap and not done well.

Great location, close to a lot of attractions/beaches. Can be a bit noisy at night with the cars passing by, but we’re used to it since we’re from the city. Room (townhouse) was clean and spacious for the 4 of us. Loved the kitchenette, as we made some meals at the hotel during our stay. Management was great in terms of helping with things when we needed it. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Only suggestions I would make is please provide hair conditioner (since only shampoo and body wash was available), and make the stairs a bit more safe. We had an edge of one of the bottom stairs come off a little bit when we were looking around the room when we got there, and we were all careful of it because we knew it was there, but I would hate for a family with young kids to have to deal with it, just in case of an accident.
