Bed & Breakfast recommended by our travel agent from Switzerland.

It’s been a nice stay:
Family of 2 adults and 2 young adults (kids)
Double room on first floor with Ocean view.

We could hear the waves from our bed and it was charming. The furniture is at the level of a B&B, meaning very good; the service has been very kind (either for the welcoming and service @ breakfast).

We would recommend definitely this charming family hotel to any lover of a quiet and relaxing place.

By The Sea Guests B&B accommodated our room block for our wedding at The Sea View. We took also took over The English Garden and had rooms at The Sea Shell Motel. It was great to have our guests so close together and so close to the beach! The staff was so helpful and accommodating through the whole wedding weekend! The planning was slightly effected by the seasonal element of the hotel and location, but Natalie made herself personally available to help.

We hosted rehearsal dinner in the veranda with an outside caterer followed by welcome drinks with a fire pit and s'more provided by By The Sea Guests, which was an amazing event with memories we will cherish forever!

I personally stayed in the Yellow Tail House, which I highly recommend! Very spacious, clean, and well-equipped. It was a perfect stay for 8-10 people with plenty of space to get people together inside or outside in the backyard. It's a short walk to the beach.

The cutest seaside bnb. My husband and I stayed here for two nights in October so we could visit Cape Cod for the first time. The view is breahtaking and peaceful. The room we chose was small, but perfect for our needs and had a partial ocean view. We opened the window and listened to the waves crash every night. They cooked us a delicious breakfast in the morning and gave us recommendations of where to go. It was not busy at all when we were there during the week, which made it even more pleasant. It's very centrally located in Dennis and never took us more than five minutes to get anywhere. Loved this place!

By the Sea Guests Bed and Breakfast is an amazing stay for couples and families! This was my second year staying with my husband and truly enjoyed every moment of it! The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming providing top notch services and a great ambiance of the Cape! The best part of this entire stay is the daily breakfast on the beach - Literally on the beach with an amazing view every morning. We absolutely loved our recent stay at By the Sea! The beds were comfy and we looked forward to seeing Maria every morning at breakfast which was always delicious!!!!! I am seriously craving Morning Glory muffins! We Loved the whole family vibe! Tom was fantastic and always took good care of us and gave us straight up great advice! Erin was a delight and we always enjoyed chatting with Jack. You can't beat the views from the Breakfast sunrooom! Or just step out and dig your toes in the sand! We are already talking about returning next summer! We felt sad to leave, like we were leaving family!

We stayed at" The Yellowtail House" it is part of by the Sea. We had an amazing experience. We were in town for our Son's Wedding and having 5 bedrooms and a private beach was fantastic. It was so cozy and comfortable. Tom helped us with our reservations and stay. He's the nicest man you will ever meet.

Inside of the rooms are really nice ! Only problem was that the shower knob was loose. Suites have two bedrooms both with a queen bed furniture and appliances are updated. The beach is small but they supply beach chairs perfect for tanning. Only downside is the water in The Cape is brown, would not recommend swimming in it.

Outstanding place to stay! We thoroughly enjoyed this hotel and location! Staff was so great to work with! Clean 2 bedroom air conditioned suite with everything you need. We loved the Beach access where chairs and towels are provided. Truly a wonderful experience for our family! Thank you!
