Stayed here for a week while on a training course at the cat proving grounds. The hotel is a little dated but it was clean, comfortable and quiet! I did request a pool side room when I booked but received a room close to the pool, but no direct access, it was also slightly odd to have to request housekeeping services but honestly it worked out well and when I did request it they did a great job!

Attached restaurant was great, free breakfast of you get a slip from the front desk!

Highly recommend for an affordable stay in the area with some conveniences on site

The staff at this hotel are some of the best I have ever experienced. Management is top notch and everyone from the front desk to the room attendants go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable and worry-free. The beds are very comfortable and all amenities in the room were in top shape. The on-site restaurant (19th Hole Bar and Grille) is very popular with the local residents and the staff treats out of town visitors like returning friends. All in all, a very pleasant experience.

The free breakfast in the morning is great! Sit down and get a made to order breakfast. An awesome perk! We swam in the pool and used the hot tub.. everything was kept clean and the staff was so friendly! A great value for the money in my opinion! We would 100% stay there again.

Location was great for a concert at the casino. Breakfast was delicious, you can choose a few things for the menu for free and you can add extras. Our server was wonderful! The only thing I was not a fan of were the pillows. They were too small and soft for my liking. Everyone and everything else was great, we will be coming back!

We love staying at this location. The rooms are great and even stayed an extra night. The staff checking in went above what they had to do even though I booked through Expedia (won't ever do that again) and they messed up, the desk attendant got me the room I was supposed to have. 6 stars!

This is a Best Western hotel that never disappoints us. We had a home in Green Valley for many years, and utilized this location for stayover guests during family reunions and Holidays, etc. Sold the house during COVID, and are now back looking to buy again. The past year or so we have stayed here several times. The staff is amazing and the rooms and facilities clean, well kept, and well managed. The Pool is clean ad well maintained. Add to all of the positives is the complimenatary breakfast! Overall we rate this location an A+.

Very nice room. One outlet didn't work, but no big deal. Liked that there was an in hotel restaurant. |The bushes in the back of the hotel need to be trimmed. I kept running into them because they were over the sidewalk.|AC was great because it was over 100 degrees outside.

My first room was a filthy mess with pet pee stains right at the door and bloody goo in the toilet. Curtis promptly moved me to another room which was very clean. The common areas are very dirty as far as the carpet and the ceiling tiles are all stained from water damage on the first floor. I liked the free breakfast at the adjoining restaurant/lounge and the bed was comfy. Overall it was very quiet. Barbara was also exceptional the next day. Great service but in need of major remodeling and cleaning or demolition!!
