We were in an absolute bundle when it came to an event for our mom. Our previous hall had canceled on us and they saved us. They were so helpful and their hall is absolutely beautiful. Everything was set up beautifully.

We attended this venue for a work party. It's very spacious, with tons of room for dancing. Nice bathrooms and elegant entrance. The owners are very nice. Look forward to booking them for an event.

My First time there I went to see play Evil Empire Local Band from here Bakersfield CA the only thing was when I try to pay in cash the LadyBartender got lil upset looking at me as 😠 and I said: Hey, money is money then my next order was with Juanito he was so awesome 😎 and very nice guy, thanks Juanito!

My name is David and I run a DJ company by the name of “DGO entertainment” I had the chance of DJing at this venue for the first time last Saturday 4/6/24 and overall I had a great experience. I had the pleasure of working with Daniel (Owner) the date of the event and it was a very pleasant experience, easy going people and they had a very welcoming atmosphere. VERY UNORGANIZED.

We had my sisters quinceañera here this past February. I’m writing this review afterwards and i’m afraid it won’t be a good one. My mom was in communication with the owners for a really long time, even when they were still getting the place established. She was excited since the owners and her were in good spirits. They had promised many things, like a red carpet, big letter lights that spell out my sisters name, 3 bartenders, a good dj, candy table, and arch of decoration. All of the above was not done. We paid really good money and seeing the quinceañera video now it’s very evident that they failed us. The DJ butchered every name, there was 1 bartender, no candy table, no decor arch, no letters with lights. To top it off, the DJ was constantly on his phone and left early so that I had to take over by plugging in my phone. Also, the food was very very late. Guests were upset. Food was supposed to come out at 5 and didn’t come out until 6:30. There was supposed to be a MC for the event, that was paid for, that NEVER showed up. It’s so upsetting to see your money and time not be valued. We deserved better. If anyone has any legal guidance it would be appreciated.

As someone who generally refrains from negative reviews, my experience with Clover Entertainment Group compelled me to share my disappointment to prevent anyone from experiencing the same. Planning an event should be stress-free, but my encounter with this company was anything but seamless.

From the start, communication and attention to detail for the event were lacking. Despite clear agreements outlined in the contract, there was a significant disconnect between promised services and what was delivered. The set-up of the tables and chairs (which was supposed to be included in the services we invested in) became a time-consuming task for myself and friends of mine without any support, especially considering there were 5 men in the venue without any assistance offered the day of set-up.

The attitude displayed by the event coordinator was unwelcoming, making my guests uncomfortable. Considering my package included an event coordinator, I never received a detailed breakdown of my contract or how the event was going to roll out beforehand, which left me feeling unprepared and forced to pick up the slack myself (along with friends and family) at the very last minute, in which they had no reason to help since we had paid for assistance via an event coordinator. Furthermore, discovering that unauthorized individuals consuming our own liquor behind the bar was a breach of trust and security that cannot be overlooked. Additionally, I had to make multiple trips to the store considering they had no drinkable water, nor hot water for the sugar I had bought to make my own simple syrup for the cocktails.

Despite expressing my concerns through a formal letter, the response—or lack thereof—from Clover Entertainment Group was disheartening. Not only did they take over a week to respond and fail to acknowledge the issues raised, but the owner's disrespectful demeanor during our attempted resolution on the phone only exacerbated the situation, which has brought me to talk about my experience through this review.

In the interest of preventing others from experiencing similar frustrations, I felt compelled to share this. If you are thinking of booking this venue, please be aware of the possibility of communication lapses, lack of professionalism, and disregard for customer satisfaction exhibited by this company.

Went for our daugters Quinceanera. It was so lovely and the place was really nice. Everyone had a lot of fun. Our day went so smoothly because of Daniel. I wanted to say thank you so much for everything. You were an incredible helping us get started with our event planning. You have a beautiful venue, and I wish nothing but success.
