We just hosted my mother in laws 70th bday party here. Many compliments of how beautiful and elegant it all looked. Highly recommend Casa Royal for your next event. Owners are very friendly and accommodating and have reasonable rental rates. Definitely a satisfied customer.

I rented a bar, chairs, tables, and decor from Casa Royal 4.22.23 and they were so professional. Fernando does an amazing job and understands what the customer is looking for. Jose and his team made me and my husband comfortable and we did not have to worry about anything. They also set up and picked everything back up the same day! Which is honestly very hard to find. I would definitely rent and work with them again in the future, because they have everything and anything you are looking for.

I set up an appointment to have my wedding at this venue. I was glad when I recieved a call confirming my 11am appointment and asked to come 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork. I was iffy when I was called Alyssa instead of Allison and told that there was no notes on my appointment which should have been a red flag but I went anyways. When I showed up I arrived to an empty building. I was asked to come to my appointment early only to have the salesman show up late to the 11am appointment. When we walked inside there was a half torn down quinceanera party displayed with Corona boxes everywhere. This is where they expected us to have a conversation about venues. Very unprofessional and would not recommend their business.

A family member of mine rented this location for family events over the last few years. Our recent event was a nightmare. The staff began taking photos of all our vehicles and licence plates. We have no idea why. Nobody was parked where they shouldn't. Before time came to an end of our event. It became very apparent that we were undwanted guests. After party cleaning hours before our time to be out. The vibe of the staff was very unwelcoming . And even more the looks of disgust on their faces. It all felt very rushed.

The place and decor is beautiful, but they are horrible at getting pictures. I still have not received my daughter quencinera photos from 2021. The took 1 year to give me my baby pictures back and still no video or photos of the day
