For our car from Napoli to Positano we paid an extra $43 for a premium sedan vs just the regular sedan. Total price $183. The "premium sedan" turned out to be a 7-seat minivan for the 2 of us. The bad suspension and bad seat aggravated my back problem and it still hurts two weeks later. The company refused to refund the extra money saying it was a Mercedes van. They have old Mercedes trucks in India, it doesn't mean its comfortable or what we paid for. For the extra money I would have expected at least a Mercedes E-Class if not an S-Class or BMW 7-series or equivalent. The driver didn't speak English so we decided to solve the issue later with the company but after one message they have stopped responding so they don't care about customer service. Mistakes can happen but there is no excuse for bad customer service.
