Fabulous tour on the Freedom trail in Boston !! Excellent informative guide. Kept the tour interesting and humorous. Learned many new facts about Boston and the Revolutionary war timeframe. Not to be missed. 1 1/2 hour with 1 mile of walking. Starts at Boston Commons near Park Street station on the red line.

We had decided to do the Freedom Trail using a free Audio guide on our cell. After a few stops we decided this was not working out. I got online and immediately booked the next tour with this company. You can also walk up and get tickets at the Boston Common Visitor center where the tour starts. We met our guide Adri and walked the first 1 1/2 miles of the trail. The group size was perfect everyone was able to hear easily at each stop. We learned so much history in a short amount of time. Do not waste your time with a audio tour.

Absolutely loved this tour! Our only issue was finding the starting point. Thankfully we gave ourselves plenty of time and there was a phone number we called to get the exact starting place. It would have been really helpful to have some landmarks on the receipt for where the starting point… or Eve just: Meet tour guide in front of the Information Booth facing Tremont Street. Because that was our only issue… trying to find the starting location!

Once we met up with Andre, everything got better! He was an excellent, knowledgeable guide, with a great sense of humor. We covered a lot of ground, got some really great stories, learned some history. The tour isn’t terribly difficult as long as you can walk one mile. And somehow Andre magically warded off the rain. The moment he said his tour was concluded, the skies opened up. 🤣

It might be a little long for younger children.

We thoroughly enjoyed this tour.

Loved our tour guide, ā€œJames Otisā€. He was well-informed, funny, and did his best to keep us in the shade. This was the highlight of our vacation.

Tips:
- Make sure to reserve your spot ahead of time, our tour was completely full.
- If visiting in the summer, I highly recommend the 9 am tour so you don’t have to walk around in the hottest part of the day.
- Tour guide will take you to a lot of the stops on the Freedom Trail, but not all. You will start at Boston Commons and end at Faneuil Hall Marketplace.
- Bring a bottle of water and wear sunscreen.

It was a good time. Highly recommend.

Engaging and informative tour. Easy to understand information, especially for two Brits who don't know too much about U.S. revolutionary history. Good length - not too long or short.

Special thanks to our brilliant tour guide Adrian, a.k.a 'The Belgian Guy!'

Well worth the price of admission of you have the spare 90 mins.

Freedom trail was an awesome way to tour Boston in your own. It takes you to a lot of historic sites such as Paul Revere's grave (Granary burial grounds) and house, Bunker Hill, Boston Common park, Kings Chapel, Been Franklin's statue and others. It's a pretty good walk but well worth it to take several hours and walk and explore the city.

Our schools took a guided tour of the Freedom Trail in Boston and it was AMAZING! I highly recommend the guided tour. Our tour started at Park Street at the visitor center and we followed the red brick line around the city. Our guide was super engaging and knowledgeable, and our 5th graders LOVED walking around and visiting the places they had so much heard about while studying the American Revolutionary War. There’s an option of an app that has the places to visit all explained in different languages, which I thought was super cool!

Great tour with informative and knowledgeable guides. We went in the winter and they took us to the first 11 stops. Not sure if that is only in winter or not. But we drove to see the other locations. Tour was 1 and a half hours. Very cold in January.
