If I could give this 0 stars i definitely would. This place is DISGUSTING. They do not clean their store AT ALL. How do you walk around your store knowing it looks like this? My handicap mother couldn’t even shop because she couldn’t get down aisles. I will be contacting cooperate as well. This isn’t even HALF of it.

I have always appreciated Burlington for its reputation of offering quality clothing at affordable prices. However, my recent experience at one of their stores was disappointing. The store's presentation did not align with the brand's standard, as there was a noticeable lack of staff on the floor, with only one diligent employee trying to manage the chaos. The store was in disarray, with clothing haphazardly strewn around and sizes mixed up, turning a simple shopping trip into an unwelcome scavenger hunt. Additionally, the presence of a group of teenagers treating the store like a personal hangout space added to the unprofessional atmosphere. For these reasons, I am hesitant to shop at this location until improvements are made. It's crucial for a store to maintain a safe and orderly environment that reflects its brand values.The same response from the company over and over again over the past few months leads me to bet that there is no genuine care to improve. The guy that always answers the phone here seems like he is just sooo overwhelmed. He's got an attitude and can't give you a direct answer if you ask a question. I ask about a specific item & he tells me yes they carry that brand lol. I asked do you have this specific item and he gets annoyed because he has to check. Isn't that part of his job description ? some people's shouldn't be working in customer service.

I go to Dartmouth mall to shop at Burlington …I was Very disappointed as I went to shop today that they no longer allow customers to use the bathroom…. As I’m having medical issues I could not walk thru the whole mall to The only other bathroom location near the movie theater area …. So I left because I could not imagine having to wait in the horrific long lines to check out!!! Sorry but it’s disappointing!!!

I have been to many Burlington stores, Seekonk, East Providence, Attleboro, and many others, all nice stores,,, but the one in the North Dartmouth Mall #1165 is a absolute travesty, the is more clothing and products on the floor than on the shelves or rack, and we were there 2 hours after opening, this did not happen in 2 hours , STORE IS A MESS!!!!
