The only reason I gave you one star is because there's no zero star availability. your system is poor and weak. no professionalism, I waited over 15 minutes on the phone when my call got to # one caller, and I got transferred to a voicemail. horrible service. Google reviews should have a zero star option for the publics review/ feedback. your business has zero good quality customer service representation and accountability.

This is the very Worst Agency in the Universe. Costumer Service can be easily compared with the very worst there is!They have no respect for the consmers, and they couldn't care less about you. They will even disconnect the phone if they decide they don't want to speak with you. For your own good, find another airline to fly with! Or you will suffer the consequences. And they also kept my money even though they canceled my flight!!!

Worst Customer service ever.
They will make you wait on hold for 15-20 minutes then will transfer your call to voice-mail or just hang up the call.
Avoid this place at all cost.

Very bad customer service, no one picks up your phone call. I Do understand the nuture of customer service, but after waiting on hold for 48 minutes and not one cares on the other end it's bad business..Sata should eliminate it's agencies in the USA and create an 800 number that directs its customer to Ponta Delgada where you may get a better service.

The absolute worst!! Had a flight JFK to Madeira Nov 3rd supposedly 6 hrs, direct. Went to airport, not a person at the window, flight cancelled, ruined wedding and vacation plans. Advised to reschedule the next day for a 28 hour four stop flight! Blamed it on the weather in the Azores which was absolutely fine. NEVER fly SATA/Azores. Fighting for a refund too.

The worst airline with the worst, most incompetent people.Traveling during Covid-19 is stressful enough, this airline adds to the stress. They told us to go get a test done and gave us the address that does this test and the name of the test (RT-PCR)that the airline accepts, they reiterated that the test cannot be more than 72hrs old at the time of travel, the landing in Portugal. That they DO NOT accept any other test.Well that test takes a minimum of 3 to 14 business days to get the results and the test cost is $160 per person. When we called to ask them if this was the correct test since it would never meet the 72hrs guideline to get the results..they said YES! We took a chance and did the covid rapid test, because now we are out of the $160, it's the day of travel and we have no results. We Paid another $160 for the rapid test which takes approx 30minutes...and guess what...they took it at the airport no problem. Bunch of incompetent liars!

Trailer park customer service at its lowest. I was actually told by a rep named maria & her manager, "well we don't work for the website', " as if to suggest they are not aligned w/ SataAzores and are not the customer service number for US customers...inaccurate and raunchy representatives.
