I’ve been a driver most of my life and have purchased several vehicles, but I have never been treated so well at a dealership, EVER!
David Deolivera greeted me like family and treated me that way through our interaction. I was introduced to the staff, we had a few laughs and he NEVER attempted to sell me on anything.
David worked hard to get me into the car that I needed, because he actively listened to everything I had to say about my previous vehicle. I’ll never forget all he did to help me achieve that goal. He made a few awesome suggestions and I chose the one that I liked best.
The crew at the service department was very welcoming and took the time to explain the process and was happy to schedule my first service appointment as soon as I took possession of the Super Sexy K5!
Strangers stop me on the street to talk to me about my car. I tell them all to see the great team at Kia of Dartmouth, because they will be happy, not just satisfied!!
I will come back to Kia for all future vehicle purchases!!!

Had a great no hassle but of a 2025 Telluride. They weren’t pushy and no haggle pricing now that everything is available for pricing online. Very happy with the purchase. Keith was a great salesman, along with Mike on the finance aspect of things. Would consider purchasing my next vehicle from Kia of Dartmouth.

On the first weekend of February 2022, I was recommended by my cousin to go check out Kia of Dartmouth. My 2003 Toyota Corolla Engine block had just blown up. I had just got a new job at a security company. I was going to college and transportation was very important. At that time a 2012 Kia Optima Hybrid was just traded in and not yet listed anywhere for sale. It was offered to me and I jumped at it. It was reliable until most recently. I put 50k miles on it in 2 and a half years. It served its purpose. It built my credit and it got me around. Now August 24th, 2024 I asked David for help seeing where I was at with my credit and things. He was able to get me in a 2024 Kia Forte with zero dollars down. He also got my almost 10% Apr down to 4.99% I hope to get many years out of this car. More reliable transportation. The only downside is it doubled my payment but the money I was putting in repairs will hopefully offset this. If you're looking for a new or used car I recommend you go talk to David. You don't know what is possible until you try. I would have never thought this was possible. Thank you, David.

The service dept is also good for the most part.

Upon purchase of vehicle(2021) was told every year, on the month of purchase you get your car detailed for free. Called today to set this up and was told “ If you don’t get your car serviced here we will not do the detail for free.” Completely unacceptable, why would I get my service there when they don’t even provide a vehicle for me to get to my job or my home because it is too far away. last time I got service at this dealership, they told me they could pay for an Uber up to 20 miles away however, I live 24 miles away. Overall, just completely not satisfied with the customer support or the behavior of employees within the building when guests are within earshot. I’m still paying off my vehicle so I should still be entitled to the free annual detailing. I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from this particular Kia dealership.

The lady at the desk did the went through everything as if a robot when I got to my 4 o'clock appointment. Then a couple of minutes to 5 she said my car was all set. Rush threw the suggestion of things to do. The said it was to close to closing to say anything. I asked if they gave prices on what was suggestion to do. Reply was yes but seemed she couldn't get me out of the door. Then she said they washed my car and it was waiting for me out front. The rain did a better got than the so called car was. I miss Stephanie. She alway gave good customer service. I get end of day but could have been called to do the paperwork and payment while washing the car. Might been able to schedule one of the suggested things to do. Seriously going to ask around for people happy with their car service.

I had a scheduled appointment and they took 40 minutes to even take my car to be serviced. Also I was not informed that they would be using aesthetic oil instead of what they normally use and it was a lot more money that I did not anticipate. I believe I should have been told this when I brought my car in so I could anticipate the cost. The only positive of my experience was the woman who took care of me once I told her of my situation and then she made sure that my car was rushed through.
