Does The Office Manager Ever Come Out Her Office?

This place is a zoo, starting with the fact they cant keep staff.
When will they fire kellie?
When will they fire her puppets lisa and khara?

Dont come here if u want knowledgable staff....

The only staff members there with half a clue is the new girl Camice Jenny, and Grace.

There are people who been there for years like khara attempting to run the show.

If you need a prior authorization or anything of that nature forget about it!

BUT HEY, LETS START WITH THE BUSINESS NAME..... ARE YOU DERMATOLOGY SERVICES? OR ARE YOU ADULT AND PEDIATRIC DERMATOLOGY IM CONFUSED WHO IM BEING TREATED BY...... CAN YOU'LL FIGURE IT OUT

Called today to make a 1st time appointment after filling out online with no response. When i called the front desk girl Jen hung up on me. When i called back i continuiously got the answering service who told me lunch takes an hour and a half... GEE...
Place is trash... name says dermatology services yet their real name is AP Derm? Whats going on @IRS...

DONT GO TO THIS COMPANY. TRY THEIR COMPETITOR ASPIRE DERMATOLOGY. MUCH MORE PROFESSIONAL!!!!!

Dr Grace is an extremely knowledgeable and has an outstanding personality. She is ver smart and thorough. I can’t help it she makes me smile. She goes over and beyond your expectations. I wish all my doctors could be just like her. Also, hee new nurse Cam makes you feel right at home. Thanks ladies for all you do!!

They need a new office manager.

Three doctors ( not here) looked at me and threw their arms up in there and pretty much told me to wait it out. I felt like I was dying. For 2 and a half months I was in pain and was desperate for relief.
Then with the help of my primary he put me in the caring hands of Grace. She was so very nice and gave me detailed directions on how to handle my issues. Within the first few days my symptoms and anxiety levels dropped. I just went back for my follow up and she said so long as I continue to do the proper work I had a clean bill of health. Amazing person. Amazing service.

I had my first visit today With Grace. For the first time ever I am leaving a dermatology practice with a 100% positive experience. Grace was kind, personable, thorough, and explained everything she was doing at each and every step of the appointment. Grace took her time and answered all of the questions I had.
If your looking for a new dermatology office this is a great spot, schedule an appointment with Grace she is wonderful! 🙂
