This is an excellent hotel. Large, clean rooms and it was very quiet during our stay. The staff are outstanding, from Maria our maid to Rachel at the front desk, all are exemplary professionals. It's also in a very good location for New Bedford and for U-Mass, Dartmouth. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

I stay often. Rooms are usually very good. Occasionally I find one with intrusive smells, but what they use to mask smells isn't an improvement.
Great location easy to travel.
Breakfast is Ok and edible, but everything is super processed and the quality of 'food' could be improved.

Hotel very nice rooms are amazing but housekeepers didn't show up to clean the room we were there 2 nights. We didn't have body wash but the empty container in the shower. Front desk receptionist very nice apologize for the housekeepers not cleaning the room, taking out the trash and bring clean towels which he gave us right away. He was very nice. 😊 Thanks.

I stayed at the Residence inn in Darthmouth for a week in room 312. It rained while I was there and the ceiling leaked on my belongings by the bathroom. I also came back one evening and noticed my suitcase was gone through and my 600 dollars in travel cash was missing. Just a horrible experience. Never again.

Great location but they are in need of a major renovation! Sofa broken, dresser drawers broken, fireplace not working, other furnishings and cabinets need replacing or refinishing. The most annoying thing is the strong smell of Skunk Weed (pot) from people smoking in this non-smoking hotel! We had to walk the gauntlet of of strong pot smell as we passed each room to get to and from the elevator. Yes, pot is legal in this state but no smoking means no smoking ANYTHING! Reported to manager who said it was difficult to pin point where it is coming from.
Oh, and forgot to mention the price. Outrageous especially considering the conditions!!

Wifi doesn't work at all doesn't even connect, hasn't worked in months and they claim its getting fixed but never actually gets fixed, housekeeping is HORRIBLE! One women can't speak or understand more than 1 word in ENGLISH! She knocks on the door and stands there, they come when they feel like it, they don't clean the rooms unless the guest checks out, long term stays forget it, one of the worst "hotel" experiences ive had, very noisy too, kids run up and down the halls screaming banging on the floors above, i rate 1 star and they are lucky to get that! Oh and police are here quite a bit!
