I need a place to stay last minute for three nights. I didn't know quite what to expect as the rates here were unbelievably cheap. I can't tell you how pleasantly surprised I was that the room was so clean and me in modernized. Very very pleased with my stay here and highly recommended and compared to other motels and motels one would never expect such a nice place for the low rates they charge...

Absolutely disgusting place, the manager Tiffany is severely unstable and arrogant had my mother who is blind and disabled sleep in filthy dripping nicotine and water coming through the ceiling due to leaks not being repaired. Manager cares mostly about her marijuana and is high 24/7 with the housekeeper who is kinda nice. Rumors of cameras in the rooms and being shut down before by the Dartmouth Board of Health for failing. If I were you even though it's $743 a week or $95 a night I'd take my money and go to Dartmouth Motor Inn unless you like drug dealers, unclean rooms, a manager whose under the influence of narcotics and severely mentally unstable

My mom, sister, & I spent the night there on October 6, 2022. The room was fantastic. A nice closet, microwave, fridge, nice walk in shower, 4 dressers for storage. The room was very clean. You could park right outside your room. Derek was great. He brought us Extra towels & asked us if we needed anything else. He deserves a big fat raise. I live in Polo, Illinois but if I were in this area again I would definitely stay there. The room cost $110.

I've been staying at this motel for more than 30 years and always felt it was a good place to stay for the money. I called a couple of weeks ago to make a reservation for this past week end. (Aug. 3 and 4th) I was told the rate would be $75.00 per night, the highest rate I've ever paid. I asked for the senior discount and was told there was no discount on the week end. (first time I had heard that) Not that $10.00 is a lot of money, but when you're on a fixed income, every dollar counts. We were also suprised and disappointed upon returning to our room after our Saturday outing to find our room had not been serviced. The trash was still overflowing, no clean towels or bed linen. We have always been pleased with the service here, but not this time. We hope its not a trend.||||I was pleasantly surprised to receive an email from the GM Renae today. I can understand how the maid may have overlooked our room on such a busy week-end, although we were gone by 11am for the day. When we returned, I should have let someone know that our room was not cleaned but we were wiped out from a long hot day at the Feast. As stated before, I have always been happy with the service and price for at least 30 years. (started staying there when rooms were $19.99 and gas was less than a dollar a gallon lol) Prices rise and I certainly can understand that especially seeing how they are the only motel I know of that are certified to be free of bed bugs which is a great expense. I just want to reiterate that I think that this is a great place to stay, and I will stay there every time I am in that area. Thanks to Renae for being attentive to customer service and satisfaction. In the future I will only make reservations with her directly to receive the senior discount.

We were on our way to a function on Cape Cod and thought this motel looked quaint. It was clean but the odor of cigarettes and the lack of amenities was terrible. They charge a modern 90.00 per night for a motel that is steeped in 1970. 2 Towels,in the bathroom and two, well used, face cloths. The air conditioner was obviously broken so no ventilation at all. The carpet was clean, windows were filthy. The bathroom was very old but again, very clean. The front desk clerk was a charming older woman. The "in room refrigerator" was large enough to be in anyone's home kitchen. This would have been an OK place if it just didn't smell so bad. This motel is worth 60.00 a night at best.

My husband & I stayed here for 12 days/nights and it was the most incredibly clean, spotless room that we have ever stayed in! (and smelled great too). While we were there they changed the sheets every 3 nights with a new vibrant pair every time (same with the towels, no boring white hotel towels), The owner, manager and maintenance/groundskeeper were so friendly and accommodating, we had to go the office for coffee and they asked us every day if there was anything else they could get us to make our stay better. I would recommend (and I did) this motel to anyone. Don't judge a book by it's cover, not only clean but very very affordable as well! Job WELL done!!!

Loved the manager. Room was cozy, beds comfortable, nice HUGE walk in shower and big bathroom. Enjoyed having cable with HBO in our room. WiFi didn’t reach our room and it’s not guaranteed so that was a bust, Friday night had some drama and police were here for our rowdy neighbors. Price was fair. Nicer motel for this area. My new “go to” stop when I need a motel close by, far exceeds the quality of the other motels in this area. The manager Susie was so sweet and helpful!
