Bruce booked our vacation to Amelia Island, FL. When we saw the hurricane approaching the area, we contacted him for help. We were 5 days out to our departure date and he took time on a Saturday and Sunday to help us. He booked us at the Joia Iberostar Grand Bavaro in Punta Cana, an absolutely stunningly beautiful resort. He found us an ocean view junior suite with butler service and arranged for a private transfer to and from the airport. He was so patient with us as we tried to figure out where we wanted to go. He's extremely knowledgeable when it comes to vacations. We will be booking through him again. Thank you so much for all you did to help us, Bruce!

Excellent, just excellent. Not only are Bruce and Tony knowledgeable and experienced, but their customer service is beyond compare. Our tour was messed up by the tour company and they went above and beyond to make things right. Can’t say enough good things!

Though my travels went well, my experience with Jen Gill wasn’t the greatest. I felt that she was disorganized and unresponsive. I did not receive confirmation of my trip in a timely manner after full payment and I was not given all my options when booking my room.
