no concerns. decent location. just couple miles from the hospitals. clean rooms w comfortable beds. easy wi-fi. we didn't park or go to the bar or gym. we had dinner at the hotel restaurant which was fine. note uber and lyft pick you up on the side st (front st).

Definitely the nicest hotel in town. Room was perfect. Bed was so comfortable, room was nice and new, shower was amazing. No complaints whatsoever with the quality of the room and the nightly rate. |I loved the delicious coffee they had in the lobby 24/7 and the service (as with all Marriott’s) was fantastic. I only knocked a star off because the parking was $20 per night which seemed a bit pricey and the entire hotel (including my room) reeked of pot. I don’t mind that smell but it was a bit much.

Very clean hotel in the heart of downtown Worcester. Underground parking is a big plus. The restaurant is more than adequate and can be quite lively on the weekends. A very helpful front desk crew makes this place better than most hotels.

Check in continued to be delayed until 4 o’clock due to some issues with keys. I have not experienced such a delay before. There were many of us waiting in the lobby or had to use restrooms to change. I was embarrassed because I had arrived early hoping to freshen up before the 3:30 meeting.

I liked the format of the room- I really liked the bench and bench table for two people to put their luggages on. While the room is too dim (no light switch to brighten the room), nightlight has really nice ambience to it. If you want light, you have to go to the desk to switch on/off. Also, one of the bedside reading light does not work.

The washroom has a rain head shower, very soft and gentle. I wish I could use it one more tine. Very nice stylish washroom with sliding door and thick towels.

The conditioner bottle wall pump did not work. It’s either that or it’s empty. The next morning, it wasn’t refilled or fixed. I planned to report to desk but didn’t have time.

Breakfast is $18 something and wasn’t worth it. Just some scrambled eggs with chopped potatoes. Some cereal options. No bowl of fresh fruits and no yogurt. I wish I had went someplace else for breakfast.

Overall the stay was okay because room seemed clean. Would be nice if they were ready sooner.

As a Titanium Elite member, I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times for business, and I’ve always found the staff to be wonderful. However, I recently had a disappointing experience with the sales manager, Eric Giancola. I noticed an unexpected change to the previously agreed-upon rate on my credit card without any prior notice. While the rate change itself would not have been an issue if discussed beforehand, the rude and unprofessional response I received when I inquired about it was. Eric’s demeanor and lack of professionalism are concerning, and I believe Marriott should review this behavior to maintain the high standards of service they are known for. Therefore, loyal customers check your statements for changes as Eric will and has changed rates without prior notice.

We could hear people talking and yelling in the hall until 2-3 am, and lots of doors slamming. I also heard a loud fart from the room next to us. I could also hear cars driving by with loud music. The walls shouldn’t be that thin in a hotel. I couldn’t sleep from all the noise.
The room was clean, and the breakfast buffet was pretty good though I thought it was a little expensive.

Great hotel with an excellent location of you are going to a show at the DCU Center. The 110 Grill is attached to the hotel, which makes it convenient for dining.
There are lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance of the hotel.
I chose the parking package with my reservation. With the pass, you can come and go as often as you like, and it is good until midnight on the day you check out.

Great hotel, really helpful staff and good location with plenty of car parking. Be aware that the air con and fridge systems have got to be the loudest systems known to man... They managed to wake me up at least 3-4 times a night seemingly having a very long conversation about something. I mentioned it to reception and they said that it was working fine. I moved rooms and unfortunately it was the same there too🤦
