Our hiking trip in the Zillertal region of Austria with Travel Fever tours was everything we had hoped and more. The Zillertal was spectacular. Edwin, our guide’s, knowledge and experience in the region made each day’s outing perfectly tailored to our group’s ability. Everyone was happy. Our accommodations were luxurious, very European, comfortable, and accommodating. The natural outdoor swimming pool, the spa and interior pools, along with the variety of saunas and other options made days end something to look forward to. The food was plentiful and delicious, the company was delightful and the week flew by. Cicely and Bob took care of every detail. All we had to think about was enjoying ourselves. I highly recommend Travel Fever Tours and will be taking another for sure.

They are well-organized, and have provided a nice mix of painting and sightseeing opportunities, scheduled time and free time. . Lodging and restaurant choices have all been very good. Bob & Cicely provide a nice balance of restaurants with different price ranges. I've already scheduled another trip with them.

I took a Travel Fever tour to hike a section of the Portuguese Camino last September. I had a phenomenal time. We had 3 great tour hosts in Bob, Don, and Meg. They made sure that we had comfortable accommodations, delicious food not only at night but also for lunch during our hike and wonderful local wine. They always had a van available if we felt we couldn't hike the miles covered on any day. They were very knowledgeable about the history and the region we hiked through.

I happened to trip and break my arm in Porto the day before we began our hike. Our hosts made sure that I received appropriate medical attention and then let me make the choice as to whether I felt I could continue on the tour for which I was grateful.

I began the tour only having 1 friend in the group but ended with a marvelous group of hiking companions.

I was so pleased with my adventure with Travel Fever, I signed up for another tour, the guys and culture of Oaxaca, Mexico.

Their tours are well-organized down to the last detail. Daily activities (hiking in my case) are suitable for all levels of ability. I like the city tours with local experts who bring to life the area in which we are traveling. Hotels and food are as good, if not better, than other tour groups I've traveled with. But it's the personal connections, made with the folks at Travel Fever Tours, that sets them apart. I completely trust and feel safe with them, especially as a single woman traveler.

I have never been on an organized tour but Travel Fever has exceeded all my expectations, from first class accommodations to amazing food in the best restaurants to an unforgettable experience walking part of the Portuguese Camino.
