A little late in writing this review—we’ve been soaking up life in wedded bliss!

We got married at Shupe Homestead last May, and it was an absolutely incredible venue. The stunning landscape, beautiful trees, mountain views, and calming pond created such a magical atmosphere. The venue itself is charming and thoughtfully designed, and we truly couldn’t have imagined a more perfect backdrop for our day.

One of the biggest perks was that Shupe is a one-stop shop—they provided tables, linens, dishware, and more, which made the entire planning process so much smoother and far less stressful. It allowed us to focus on the fun parts of planning instead of coordinating multiple vendors for the basics.

Darla and Jim were amazing to work with—so helpful and attentive, especially on our wedding day when the weather turned colder and rainier than expected. Thankfully, the skies cleared just in time, and we ended up having the most tranquil ceremony, with the mountains breaking through in the background. It was everything we had hoped for and more.

We felt so cared for throughout the whole process, and our guests absolutely loved the space. We wholeheartedly recommend Shupe Homestead to anyone looking for a beautiful and welcoming wedding venue!

I cannot say enough good things about my experience having my wedding at Shupe Homestead last weekend. Darla, Jim and his staff take such good care of you. We had a couple hiccups due to weather and other vendor issues, but I always knew that Jim had everything under control. He went above and beyond in every way. Besides the amazing service, this venue is seriously gorgeous. I can’t recommend Shupe Homestead enough. Best wedding venue ever!

Gorgeous venue with amazing views and landscaping. I love that the ceremony site is a bit detached from the rest of the venue. The gazebo and lake area are perfect for a quick getaway from the wedding crowd, and the photo areas set up around the venue made it easy to get some great pictures to take home.

We had an absolutely beautiful wedding at this venue. Darla was a gem throughout the planning process, making everything so easy for us. Jim was fantastic at getting the details together. On the day of the wedding, Jim served as our coordinator, and he did an excellent job ensuring that everything came together perfectly and that the entire evening ran smoothly.

The best venue there is! This place is a hidden gem and I am so thrilled everytime I get to return to photograph a wedding. Jim is the most kind, incredible and attentive wedding planner, there is no one like him. The landscaping and mountain views are just beautiful!
