I can't express enough how grateful we are for Deann and everything she did for our wedding! From us originally planning an out-of-state wedding to then switching to one much closer to home Deann has been there every step of the way for the 1.5 years of planning it took. She listened to our vision and helped us achieve it and more. Every detail, no matter how big or small, was taken care of. I was significantly less stressed having Deann in my life! Too bad she can’t stay forever for all my planning needs!!

Deann is incredibly organized, calm under pressure, and genuinely passionate about what she does, which made us feel at ease throughout the entire process. She was there every step of the way, offering advice when we needed it and keeping things on track when we were feeling overwhelmed or completely forgot about some tasks . On our wedding day, everything ran so smoothly—there wasn’t a single hiccup (and if there was we never knew haha) and we could just focus on celebrating with our loved ones. I didn’t place a single decoration or anything. I had a Photo Booth tripod and many DIY decorations that Deann swiftly took them all and set it out for us. During the ceremony and reception it was such a joy and surprise to see all the things laid out where they were. Although I made the decorations it felt like if I never had seen them before because they looked so good and neat where she put them! She has an eye for detail and beauty and excelled!

I truly believe our day wouldn’t have been as perfect without Deann. She made our dreams come true and turned what could have been a stressful experience into the most joyful, unforgettable time of our lives. So many asked me how the wedding went thinking I had horror stories of how XYZ went wrong or so and so did this, but I had nothing! I only had the best and most positive things to say for our wedding!! All I did was show up, get glammed, eat CFA, take pictures, get my dress and flowers, and truly ENJOY the day with my now husband, family, and friends! If you're looking for a planner/coordinator who goes above and beyond, Deann is the one! Thank you so much for everything—you made our wedding truly magical! Couldn’t have done it without you!!

We had our wedding at Bella vista & Deann was our coordinator! She made sure everything stayed on our timeline perfect, the ceremony was wonderful. It did end up sprinkling but she made it happen & made sure I got everything I wanted. It was a beautiful wedding. During the reception she even started serving food to make the line go faster! She gave me many tips/tricks the whole process, and paid attention to all of my details. & before our reception entrance was helping me steam my dress from the rain/grass, she really does go above and beyond to help!❤️
