We recently went to Italy and used Rita and MVT to arrange what turned out to be a vacation of a lifetime. Rita took our general thoughts and ideas and turned it into a remarkable itinerary that spanned two weeks covering northern Italy's most beautiful areas and sights. The hotels were in excellent locations and in the center of where we needed to be. The driver pickups were excellent with everyone on time as we visited 5 cities and took many tours. Rita also reached out while we were away to let us know of the change in Covid regulations. I highly recommend the personalized services of MVT. And avoid the anonymity of dealing with online agents who don't know you.

My husband and I booked our Eurotrip honeymoon through Rita and it was nothing short of perfect. We stayed in the most beautiful hotels with superb amenities, received VIP treatment on all of our tours and excursions and it was all within our price preference. Rita and her team are wonderful. My family and extended family have used her many times to book trips to St. Lucia, Jamaica, and Mexico. My husband and I planned a trip to Italy for Sept. 2021. Due to Covid, we waited until the last minute. Overwhelmed with the details, I turned to Rita at Mystic Valley Travel on a friend’s recommendation. I was thrilled with every detail of the trip Rita planned for us. The accommodations were spectacular in both Tuscany and Florence. We had a fabulous private walking tour of Florence, attended a cooking school and went an amazing wine tasting and food pairing at Tenuta Torciano in San Gimignano (shout out to Leo!). Rides to and from airport and train were on time and coordinated. Couldn’t have been more impressed.

I volunteer for a Medford community group and attempted to go in to ask if they would consider putting up a flyer for an upcoming event, and before I even made it to the door, a very unfriendly woman ran up to the door wagging her finger at me like I was a naughty child. I would never ever recommend such unfriendly, unsupportive business. Thank goodness the rest of Medford business aren't like this one.
