We held our son's birthday party here today. He had a great time with his friends. The cost of the party was very reasonable, the food was pretty good and the service was excellent. I was impressed with the prompt excellent customer service by Michaela and the General Manager (as well as other staff). Don't hesitate to book a party here. They thoughtfully decorated the area and made things a breeze. Hoping to come back to bring my work team.

It has potential to be a great place. However, my experience on Sunday, February 18th, 2024 wasn't the greatest. First, one register was down so the line was huge to pay. Second, ordering food via online was a nightmare. It was too confusing and took too long. Third, the wait for food and drink was awful. Over 30 minutes for pitchers of beer. Over an hour for food and when we got the food, it was minimal, at best! We ordered chicken fingers and fries (we had children in our group). Each basket was a handful of fries and 2 chicken nuggets. We ended up having to order a pizza that came out wrong and uncut! After we complained to staff, a really nice, older gentleman was very attentive and made sure we we had everything we needed. The lanes were good, the decor is cool, retro. Overall, they need to hire more staff, be more attentive to their guests and have better time management. There's potential to do better.

Unhappy. The bowling was great the food service was not. We went with a group of kids 5-7ish pm. I odered a small kids perperoni pizza (not a slice)and fries. My group left. I waited over 45 mts. They brought my order to the wrong person
To top it off only got one slice of pizza with fries and a side order of fries for $23. and change plus my tip. Way over priced. Also they played a very inappropiate diabolical disturbing music video. I could understand it being played after 7 when kids clear out. Great place to bowl but NOT eat or bring litttle kids..

We went bowling on a Monday evening and had a great time. Rachel was our table server and she was extremely attentive and nice. The only complaint, nachos were very blend since we opted for no beef. I mean at least Avocado or salsa should have been a nice accompaniment.

Went there for bowling and was surprisingly impressed by the bartender, Athena, who served us almost immediately with tasty drinks! I almost like the bar more. She was absolutely delightful! Remarkable customer service; I’ll ask for her by name next time we visit. Kudos to Athena !!

Good bowling but the dude working the front desk/shoe rental area was very aggressive and rude. He expected me to tip him for doing absolutely nothing when I just left a tip for the food I ordered. Since when do you tip the guy who spends 2 seconds grabbing the shoes? Anyways when I did not tip him he ripped the receipt out of my hand and stormed away. Never coming back to bowlero!

Athena is the best bartender I’ve ever had! She was attentive and sweet. When we had questions, she answered all of them. Always look forward to seeing her at the bar.
