Just wanted to say the customer service was exceptional,( I needed a uniform at the last minute) I called the store around 6:35 p.m. asking what time they close and they said 7pm and I was about 20 minutes away when I got there at 6:54 p.m. there was still open and it was able to get my uniform for work. I didn't get the name of the person that helped me but she was wonderful. Definitely recommend

Ive gotta say, since starting blue collar work as a woman its always been challenging to find merchandise for myself especially boots, but you know what they have? Woman's work boots!!! and even better customer service! Wendy was absolutely amazing with helping me find what I needed, will definitely be back next time- R Stark

Very accomodating until you try to return your shoes. I paid 85.00 in cash and tried to return them on 4 different occasions and they never have enough cash in the drawer. They told me to try on a weekend. I called on a weekend afternoon and they didn't have enough cash. This is ridiculous. Why would you take cash for products your selling for 85.00 or more and not start your drawer with at least that. Really poor customer service. They're penalizing people for paying cash. I should have listened to the other reviews here
I will never go back there again and will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau

The manager Melanie was very helpful when I went in here recently. I was unsure about what nursing shoe to pick for clinicals. She stayed with me while I tried on multiple pairs and was very patient, offering advice about making sure they weren't too tight. I really appreciated the time she gave me.

Not enough stock for mefdium petite and large petite. The person working at the desk not once lifted her eyes from her telephone to answer my questions. She answered the questions while looking at the phone but I felt that it was very disrespectful and lacked the customer service that you would think a place like that would give you.while I was in the dressing room I looked up some of the brands on Amazon and ended up ordering them through Amazon because they did not have average sizes.

Large selection. Employee was super knowledgeable, attentive, polite and willing to help. Good prices on scrubs compared to other places. Large clearance section. They didnt offer a great selection of medical supplies though. No tactical/ems pants for women.
