Have not been a customer, but the other day, one of their bus drivers tailgated me for several miles on the highway. I called the company shortly after the incident, but their offices were closed. So I emailed them, instead, using the Contact Us form on their website. Gave them the bus number, highway, direction of travel, mile marker, and approximate time that the incident happened. It has been a few days now, and so far, I have received no response.
This is safety we're talking about, and nothing should be more important than that. Following at the unsafe distance they did, their driver could have killed me and my family in the car, and/or the passengers on their bus.
This rating will remain a "1" until they respond. My rating may change if they write back, depending on their response and how long it takes for them to respond. You don't compromise on safety. Period.

Did the salem haunted happenings tour. On oct 13th. Fun day till Pam decided to tell us where to meet the bus. All was good till it was 45 minutes late and showed up with Pam and some of the passengers in the bus. It was cold, raining. Ruined what would have been a great day...btw..driver Rick was awesome

I had a wonderful time on my trip to NH. We went to Harts Turkey Farm Restaurant and Interlakes Summer Theatre. Our driver, Richard, was excellent and I must compliment our guide Monica who was very pleasant and compassionate, and was just wonderful to me. She helped me getting in and out of the restaurant since I have mobility issues. I highly recommend Bloom Tours! You have wonderful people working for you!

Trip to Fosters Clambake in Maine and then cruise to Isle of Shoals in New Hampshire. Driver was Kevin. Very professional, friendly and helpful. Felt very comfortable with his driving and I would gladly take another trip with him. The bus was very clean and seats comfortable, and wifi was great to have.

Went to NYC to Ellis and Liberty Island. Great trip despite the weather. Which was fine with us. Bus driver was a good and his courtesy was outstanding. Wish the stay was a little longer felt a little rushed. We always travel with Bloom and so looking forward to our next trip. Buses clean and restroom also clean. Thank you Bloom for always making our trip pleasurable.

Bloom Tours was Great, Bus Driver and tour guide. However, we just got back from a 3 dat Atlantic City trip and stood at Ocean Towers in the Resorts Casino. They left a bad taste in my mouth. Not Very clean at all and had a bad room against the elevator wall, so all we heard all night and day was the elevator, no sleep. Room was not very clean, carpet was nasty, so dirty with stains. We didn't even want to shower in there. We had 2 people in the room and only 1 chair and desk, so we had to take turns which made it hard since we both have serious back problems. It's not right when we pay so much money to stay and this is what we get. Last year when we went, we stood at the rendevoux( I know the spelling isnt correct, but at least it was much nicer than what we got stuck with this time . Very unhappy with this hotel !!!

I am deeply disappointed by the consistently poor service provided by Bloom Bus Company. The buses are frequently late in picking up children, and there have been distressing reports of verbal abuse by the bus drivers towards the young passengers. The lack of corrective actions and disregard for safety and professionalism are concerning. Parents should be cautious before entrusting their children to this company. If zero stars were an option that’s what this company would be rated.

Had the pleasure of meeting their meathead driver on i90 yesterday (8/6/23) . There was traffic slow down and your bus driver is tailgating at a very unsafe distance, Merging from right lane to left lane, cutting vehicle off and even break check when a vehicle responded with a honk. Absolutely unprofessional. Please have a talk with your drivers.
