Stunning! What an amazing property. Brolin was such a kind and welcoming soul, and Aidan in the bar is great. I instantly fell in love with this place and am still marveling over all of the interior design details and impeccable finishings. I want all of the wallpaper, and the light switches, and the sinks, and the tiles, and the sheets and pillows in my own house. I love it here. Great, thoughtful, intentional design with love.

Our family of four just stayed in the apartment unit at Shelburne Springs and were so impressed! The whole property is beautiful and was fully restored just last year. No detail was overlooked in the renovation, as there is high-end decor and luxury details throughout. The apartment unit is very spacious and comfortable with two good-sized bedrooms, a family room, and a very nice FULL kitchen with all appliances, large center island, and dining area. The bathroom is very luxurious with a large tile/glass shower, separate bathtub, and heated tile floor. The patio is a beautiful place to relax and provides convenient private access to the unit. The continental breakfast is very good with cereal, yogurt, fruit, hard boiled eggs, pastries, and beverages. The whole property is very quiet and peaceful and the setting up on the hill is amazing. We met the co-owner/manager when we checked in and he was so proud of the property and happily gave us a tour and walked us into our unit. The assistant manager introduced herself to us at breakfast and shared the same level of passion and excitement. Their passion and commitment to guest satisfaction is evident throughout. This place is a gem and we highly recommend it!

Simply put the place is stunning. Gorgeous inside and out. Very clean. Top notch modern and cozy environment. The staff was awesome and created a laid back easy going experience. Continental breakfast was great and a nice touch.

As soon as we walked into our room, we said we’re definitely coming back!! Our stay was nothing short of perfection. The property is stunning with the most incredible views. The inn is beautifully decorated with a cozy feel. Our room was spacious, clean, comfortable and private. Breakfast in the morning overlooking the changing leaves in the distance was the icing on the cake. We only stayed for one night but will certainly be returning! Truly a hidden gem!

We had an excellent stay at Shelburne Springs. Brolin and staff were very friendly, and the hotel rooms are very clean, well-kept, and have a great interior design. The location is perfect for a trip around the Mohawk Trail. Also, the breakfasts were delicious! We would definitely recommend and will be back in the future!

We had the most romantic, quiet getaway courtesy of Brolin and the team at Shelburne Springs. The place is perfectly kept, from the landscaping to the bathrooms. The view of the property from our room was gorgeous and our only regret was that we didn’t explore the trails more. One of our favorite things was buying maple syrup that is actually from trees on the property- best/tastiest souvenir! Breakfast every morning was really good with lots of choices and the staff is kind and relaxed which helped us relax a lot. The suite we stayed in was huge and very stylish… we loved the wallpaper and custom metalwork throughout. The best thing was the thoughtful and specific recommendations from the manager. He was able to answer every question we had and knew so much about the area, you can tell he’s really integrated into the community which we loved. Overall, we highly recommend Shelburne Springs and are so grateful to the team for making our birthday trip so special!

Simply put the best place to stay in the Pioneer Valley. Conveniently located to Amherst, Northampton, Deerfield, Shelburne Falls, Charlemont, and everywhere in between. The rooms are beautiful, clean, and meticulously appointed. Though the building is historic, it has been completely remodeled and feels elegant and fresh. The surroundings are pastural and picture perfect any time of year. On top of all this the service is personable, laid back, and excellent. We are definitely coming back!

What a great find. Planning a return to explore more around this area that is so often driven past on way to North Adams and beyond. The Inn is lovely, very nicely appointed; the innkeepers are super friendly and accommodating. The included breakfast is generous and made to order and delicious. Their granola is fantastic and they should bag and market this for us to bring home 🙂 ||Stayed 2 nights in the 2 bedroom apartment with a travel friend and there was plenty of room for two solos. All clean, plenty of towels. Enjoyed a cocktail with a group of local friends who were curious about the newly renovated inn. They too were impressed! ||What is also very cool about this area is the village of Shelburne Falls - which I have never been to before and plan a return this summer when the bridge of flowers is blooming! What a lovely town!
