The absolute best decision we made for our wedding was hiring Lindsey!! Thoughtful, creative and extremely organized. Every vendor she recommended for us - we also fell in love with. She made the wedding planning process extremely easy and relaxing. Most people who saw me leading up to the wedding said I did not seem stressed at all and I told them it was because of our planner Lindsey. She handled all communication with other vendors and also ordered everything for our welcome boxes and items for the rehearsal dinner. She truly made the process enjoyable. Also, I was a bride who had a rough idea of what they wanted but no pictures and as I described to Lindsey what I was looking for - she made the most perfect design boards. Then day of the wedding - her team was absolutely incredible. Anytime someone needed something her team was there and she also was always 5 steps ahead of everyone, always thinking ahead. I cannot recommend Lindsey more! My husband and I enjoyed the wedding planning process and we know it was largely because of having Lindsey on our team!

Lindsey is THE best. Planning our wedding was so much fun with her. Anytime we had questions, she had answers. There was zero stress in our planning, and that is 100% all thanks to Lindsey. Absolutely the best wedding planner in the world!

We met Lindsey about a year ago and hired her to plan our youngest daughter’s wedding in Woodstock Vermont. It was our 3rd child to get married in the year so I had worked with multiple wedding planners! Lindsey is far and away the best planner ever! Nothing was ever to difficult for her. She was able to secure fabulous vendors from all over and she “produced” my daughter’s dream wedding. Nothing fazed her… put after party food truck cancelled 10 days before and without missing a beat she secured another food truck for Saturday of Labor Day weekend in Woodstock vermont which was far better than the original. When we saw rain in the forecast a few days before the wedding she pivoted with a whole new plan. When we got a sudden down pour during cocktail hour she got nearly 200 guests umbrellas and under the tent in seconds. Every aspect of working with Linsey was such a pleasure. I truly believe she is a magician. If anyone needed anything all weekend Lindsay made it happen. I asked her once if she can fly? She responded sure what do you need! I meant she must fly because she got things done so quickly. I will never use any other part planner Ever. No matter where in the world we are planning and event I would only hire

My daughter was married last weekend at the Brick House Shelburne Museum in Burlington, Vermont. Lindsey and her team were phenomenal, seamlessly managing a weekend of events that spanned an intimate welcome dinner on Thursday night that my partner and I hosted, to a welcome party for all guests on Friday night, the wedding and reception on Saturday, and a brunch lakeside on Sunday.
During the months leading up to the wedding, my daughter and now son-in-law were in constant contact with Lindsey, arranging for catering, music, venue details, flowers, transportation, and many special details and activities they designed for their guests that added complexity to the welcome party and the reception. They had a very clear vision of how they wanted their celebration to be, and Lindsey embraced every aspect of it.
I traveled on my own to Burlington a month before the wedding to see the venues and Lindsey graciously drove me around the city and showed me the various locations. She was extremely responsive to any inquiry via email or text, both before the wedding and during the weekend, always responding professionally, calmly, and with a problem-solving attitude second to none.
During my career in business, I planned many multi-day events for hundreds of people and know the kind of planning effort, attention to detail and backup scenarios required to pull off a perfect experience for the guests. I was so impressed with the way in which Lindsey and her team worked with my daughter to realize the vision she and her fiancé had for this celebration. Nothing was too difficult or too much for Lindsey to take on, and she handled everything with consummate grace and aplomb.
My daughter told me that once the wedding weekend arrived, she and her fiancé did not want to think about anything other than enjoying themselves with their guests. Lindsey and her staff were unobtrusive, yet they were everywhere, seeing to it that every detail was properly managed. Lindsey was extremely responsive to all inquiries (there weren’t many because all the details had been planned and executed perfectly, but if anyone needed anything, Lindsey was right there), had a way of injecting humor at the right moments, never showing stress (which she would’ve been inhuman not to be feeling!), and going above and beyond to make the weekend perfect.
Every guest I’ve spoken to has said they can’t think of a SINGLE THING throughout the weekend that could’ve been done more perfectly—high praise, but no surprise when you work with Lindsey! I thank her and give her my highest recommendation as I continue to bask in the afterglow of a simply perfect, joyful 4-day celebration.

Hire Lindsey. Period. This is step one in planning your wedding. I plan events professionally and can say that Lindsey is the gold standard. This woman works harder than anyone I've ever worked with. Lindsey has back up plans for the back up plans. She goes above and beyond for you and does it all with grace, humor and precision. The level of professionalism, resourcefulness, kindness, and just excellence that Lindsey brought to each planning session and vendor call made the whole process smooth and fun. I have very particular taste and am also known to be a bit of a micro manager (tough but true), but I trusted Lindsey completely. She has impeccable taste and an eye for design and I could trust that her recommendations were not only practical and smart, but also beautiful, stylish and perfectly in keeping with my own taste and budget.

A long overdue 5-star review for Lindsey's help with my labor day 2022 wedding weekend! After two years of planning and two big curveballs that couldn't have been resolved without Lindsey's professionalism and experience, we pulled off the most amazing weekend! Lindsey has great connections in the area so she's able to pull together the best team of vendors, plus she really thinks of everything when it comes to the logistical and technical aspect of event planning. We had a pretty large destination wedding in Vermont and Lindsey made sure everything ran smoothly and all of our "little details" were incorporated seamlessly. Where to begin! If you are looking for a wedding planner, hire Lindsey! She is incredible, creative, talented, knowledgeable, and unflappable. Our daughter got married in July in a mountain setting and it was the most spectacular, beautiful wedding we could ever have imagined. Lindsey understood the brides' vision and she and her team created a magical, or as one guest described, "transcendent" experience. Every detail was considered and every detail made it what it was. Besides being wedding planner extraordinaire, Lindsey is a talented artist, calligrapher, florist, and chef. She understands all aspects of an event and works so well with each vendor because she truly understands their world. They work seamlessly together and you feel their joy in creating such gorgeous and memorable weddings.
