Jean and the others at Plaza Travel are great to work with. Jean is very knowledgeable about all aspects of travel. I’ve now booked two European trips through her. Working with Jean and her team has been great. We have done several trips with Plaza Travel Center. Most recently we went to Amsterdam, Scotland and England. They put together a great agenda. The past one to Italy was also fabulous. They put together great hotels, excursions and travel arrangements.

We worked with Deb R. for a trip to Rome, Italy and Dublin, Ireland. She was exremely knowledgeable and helpful in making our arrangements. On day one we got a phone call regarding an issue with a Tour we were taking that day. Thanks to Deb who worked with the tour provider and our hotel we received information in time to get to the tour in a timely fashion. All the tours she booked were GREAT. Flights were great and hotels were wonderful. We had a fabulous time and can't thank Deb enough for all her work. Definitely will work with Deb and Plaza Travel for our next adventure.

We have been booking European vacations with Jean at Plaza Travel for over a decade, and have always been very pleased with the process, our interactions, and most importantly the great experiences of the resulting trip. From the initial trip meeting to establish time frames, possible sites to visit, and means of travel, Jean takes great care to listen, suggest complimenting and additional sites, identifying and booking hotels and flights, and prioritize financial considerations. The resulting itineraries are spot-on, and able to accommodate minor tweaking. Most recently, Jean arranged a two-week trip to Scotland. For the first time, we used a tour guide/driver for 10 days. The result was a fantastic and very memorable vacation. This allowed us to travel through and see an extensive amount of Scotland, experiencing things we never would have on a self tour. Driving, parking, ticket purchases and lunch stops were never an issue. Additionally, our tour guide presented contextual history for every site, often including any contemporary historical aspects in addition to facts related to the relevant time periods. Jean and her staff work hard to ensure all the details are addressed to provide for a fun and memorable vacation at whatever pace you want, from leisurely to loaded. This was our third trip through Plaza Travel and each time was an absolute pleasure. Lisa L. has such a vast knowledge of the destinations and gets to know her clients well enough to plan exactly what they would like to see. The trip to London and Ireland became our favorite vacation, which is a lot to say for an Italian who's been to Italy twice. Never having been to either location, we left it up to her to choose the accommodations and attractions. Each hotel was outstanding and each attraction was perfect for us. Couldn't have been happier.
We love working with Lisa and are looking forward to planning our next trip with her.

I hadn't been abroad since 2019 and felt my travel skills were out-of-date. So to get support, I reached out to Jean Gagnon at Plaza Travel. I heard her speak on WAMC and was impressed with her knowledge and her kind demeanor. She secured our airline tickets to Greece, reserved a wonderful room for us in Oia, and got us transportation from the Santorini airport to our hotel. She was simply a joy to work with - responsive, fun, and so, so knowledgeable. All the travel arrangements worked perfectly. We had an amazing time.
