My sister runs a ski trip for her school. Had two different dates booked with Steady Ride. First date, only one bus showed and Colum told her he couldn't get her a second one. Understanding that occassionally these things do happen, she kept the company for the second date. AGAIN, only one bus showed and this time she wasn't even given a reason.

Terrible way to do, or not do business as this case is. Not only were there 100 disappointed 7th and 8th graders but my sister's reputation has been damaged in the eyes of the parents as well.
