ABSOLUTE STARS – I LOVED working with this team!! I've been a wedding photographer for the last 10 years, and AE Events is the best planning company I have ever had the pleasure of working with!! Phoebe, Courtney, and the team were on top of every detail throughout our couple's planning process, and I never felt like I had to worry about a thing. All communication and response times were so speedy – they were there to help when needed! I already had a feeling we would have a great day together, but they completely blew my expectations out of the water! One of the planners arrived at getting ready with me, which typically never happens. Having someone there to manage the time, keep things rolling, and help when needed was incredible! I got to focus on taking pictures and capturing the moments instead of being distracted by all the logistics. Beyond planning and running a smooth day – AE Events has an incredible eye for styling, details, and top-notch vendor connections! Our couple had a unique vision for their day, and this team brought all of the magic to life. I felt like I was in photo heaven!!! Our company's Summer Celebration Event planned and executed by AE Events was nothing short of spectacular! This was the second year we contracted AE to plan our summer event and the team lead by Courtney DeAngelis and Rena Stoloff displayed exceptional professionalism, creativity, and attention to detail throughout the planning process to ensuring that our event was a HUGE success.

From the get-go, the AE Team showed a deep understanding of our corporate culture and objectives. They curated a Beach themed event onsite that was meticulously planned out from the décor, food, drinks, music, lawn games, photo booth and a Dunk Tank and Mechanic Shark ride! The event was not just afternoon off from the daily grind, but it was to thank you to our employees for all their hard work and dedication and a chance for everyone to celebrate and connect with each other in a relaxed and FUN setting.

One of the standout features of the event was the catering. AE arranged for a diverse array of food and drink options that catered to all dietary preferences by Chef’s Table. The quality of the food was top-notch, and the presentation was incredibly impressive (passed sliders on surfboards, smoothie station, Lobster rolls in Surf shop!).

The event's decor deserves a special mention. The team transformed our softball field into a vibrant summer Beach paradise, complete with resort lounge seating, hammocks, surf boards, beach balls, volleyball court and a Custom-made Sandcastle with the company logo! The ambiance was truly captivating and décor on pointe!

Courtney & Rena were very quick to respond and flexible throughout the planning process and worked their tails off the day of the event (in 90-degree heat!). They handled all requests and last-minute changes with ease and professionalism, ensuring that the event went off without a hitch.

Overall, our experience with AE Events was extremely positive. They delivered a well-planned, FUN and memorable summer celebration (again!) that left a lasting impression on all employees. We look forward to working with them again next year!
