The room was clean and had all the basics. The staff was friendly. The air conditioner was loud but we were happy it worked as it was 117 outside. The negative was the breakfast. They advertised a full continental breakfast. I guess there are many definitions for continental but when it said full we expected more. The dining area was very small and doubled as the lobby so there wasn’t much room for more. Cold cereal and pastries and fruit. For many that is plenty, we were just expecting more.

Room was filthy. It had been beautifully remodeled, but was dirty. The front desk person was kind enough to come and clean the bathroom while we were there. Walls were dirty and paint was peeling in places. The floor was covered in dog hair, which we discovered after walking around in socks. I fear the sheets were not clean. There was no top sheet, just an old uncovered duvet and a thin bedspread.
Location of this hotel is right off Interstate 8. So it has easy access. Gila Bend is about 2 miles further down the road.

We stayed last night and it was perfect for a clean safe comfortable place to rest on our drive. The staff was friendly and they provided a free hot breakfast. We will be staying again on our drive back through in a few days. Highly recommend!!

Thank you Lisa (I think that was her name) , night clerk for GREAT service, she's a real gem❤️ run was good BUT the AC didn't really keep the room cool. Beds were comfortable, a little slow on the flushing of the toilet. But all in all not a bad night.

The room was slightly dirty. Human hair on the bathroom floor upon arrival. The bed is super uncomfy & so are the pillows. Not the cleanest place.
Some hot breakfast foods were already gone by 6am & the coffee was already out.
The front desk lady was very nice & kind throughout the stay. She was refilling the hot foods as we were leaving.

I hate to write a bad review as this place has a lot of potential and was really quite nice. Plus it is privately owned, which are the types of business I usually try to support.

My room was clean and very nice, but the toilet was clogged on arrival and they weren't able to unclog it during my stay/clean it up. As a result, I paid full price for a room without plumbing/shower/etc. I feel they should have offered me a refund or a different room, but I checked in late and they didn't have the maintenance guy around. The next morning, the person at the service desk on check out just said "Yeah we will have maintenance fix it when they are available" ... OK but how does that help me? I am leaving that day. So I asked him "Well it doesn't feel right to pay full price when I can't even use the bathroom or shower" And he just shrugged and said nothing back.

Aside from this issue, I would have given the place 5 stars for its value and otherwise excellent rooms/location.

Inexpensive truck stop motel. Clean and decent quality, which isn't always what one finds in these places. The outdoor pool was nice for the kids even in March. The person at the front desk is absolutely lovely, accommodating and efficient. She makes the place better than other options in the area. If I were the manager I'd give her a raise.

Cactus lighting colors are unique.
Rooms are clean with fridge, microwave, & iron.
Stay here the breakfast food is all you need to be fortified.
