From the start, parking is easy and plentiful. Desk clerks were friendly, very helpful, always pleasant. Room was larger than expected, nice layout, and clean. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Wifi is fast and supported netflix streaming without issue. The pool looked nice, saw many enjoying it, we did not have the time. Breakfast is standard fare, but glad they had it. Location is perfect as there are plenty of places to eat and shopping nearby. Pet friendly!! 🙂 Stayed with our two fur babies. There is dedicated dog relief areas with waste bags provided. There is also dedicated motorcycle parking. Overall was a great stay.

Always have been happy with Best Western Plus hotels. This one has a convenient location to Interstate 8 and has multiple restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast was great - never seen a yogurt dispenser like that one. Clean comfortable rooms - stayed a night on the way to San Diego and would stay here again if in the area.

I stay here quite often as I come to Yuma to see family. This is a fantastic hotel, and I consider it a second home.

The rooms are clean, the location is excellent (walking distance to bars and restaurants on the nicer side of town), and the breakfast is great.

But the main thing that sets this hotel apart is the staff. Especially Kristina! If she is working when I come in, she’s always super welcoming and asks me about my family by name. She and the rest of the staff really go the extra mile, to the extent that I feel I’m staying with extended family instead of just a regular hotel.

This Hotel stood up to it's name. Very comfortable and quiet.The Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean and very comfortable. It had all the luxuries of a good vacation. Breakfast was very good and tasty. Even took time to check out the Pool and it too was a Bonus.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an outstanding experience, largely thanks to Francisco, the manager. Francisco is, hands down, the best hotel manager I have ever encountered. I needed to check out a day early and requested a refund for the last night, which I had booked through a third-party site. This typically cumbersome process was made seamless by Francisco’s exceptional customer service. He coordinated everything over the phone with the third party and handled the situation with ease and a warm smile, ensuring my experience remained stress-free and enjoyable. Additionally, Elsa at the front desk was incredibly helpful the first night of my stay, during a moment of chaos when my toddler had a meltdown. She quickly provided milk for a bottle, helping to calm my child down and turning a potentially stressful situation into a manageable one. Manuel was also fantastic, assisting with the refund process and demonstrating a friendly and accommodating attitude throughout. Thanks to Francisco, Elsa, and Manuel, my stay was truly memorable. I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional staff and customer service.

This was our first trip through Yuma and decided a head of time that we would stay one night. This was a great hotel that has been recently re-done. Rooms were up to date and very clean, breakfast was very nice, hot and everything was full. Coffee machine makes espresso, lattes and more, available all day. Pool and hot tub were a nice addition after a long day on the road. Many shops and restaurants nearby.

This was our first time here and it was an amazing experience. We would have loved to have checked in at 3pm to make the most of it including the pool but we will definitely do so next time. We were not disappointed at all. When we arrived, Kristina was on the phone so we waited patiently until she was done. She asked if we were checking in and proceeded with all the details to check us in and we even noticed that they had dog treats on the left side of the desk. That was adorable! Kristina even walked us to show us our room to make sure it was to our liking which was a huge factor since we haul an enclosed trailer that we needed to be able to keep an eye on during our stay and we included those notes in our reservation plus that we also preferred a ground floor room if they had stairs only due to disability
both requests were addressed**
The room was spotless AND even had 4 large towels which was amazing because who doesn't want to shower as soon as you check into your room to be fresh the rest of the day and also when you wake up of before checking out so saving us a walk to the front desk to request an exchange for clean towels this was perfection. The towels were not worn out or nasty like other hotels
Everything is at a walking distance. This hotel is a definite 5 star and we will for sure be checking in again soon
Also; BREAKFAST WAS AMAZING AND DELICIOUS! it had been a while since we had checked into a hotel with complete breakfast and everything was delicious and satisfying. It did not disappoint
