Literally left a very bad situation in another state with four children trying my best to get back on my feet and stay positive been calling everyday getting run around from everybody for two months straight finally got approved to be told my card was canceled when it arrived after calling everyday asking about emergency assistance cause it literally been an emergency situation while we were waiting on approval my card never worked when I pulled it out of mailbox ever and nobody wants to listen long enough to hear me out nor understand but I guess if it’s not you in a situation other people really don’t care it was just a lack of compassion or understanding like I wasn’t even being heard and was very disappointing having to leave with a pantry list with no pantry available that day thank God for family who have been a blessing cause my children and are would have been screwed and I’m doing my part but nobody can explain to me how my card got canceled or look into why it was canceled now Lord knows how much longer we have to wait to wait on another card and hopefully it works it would be nice to have some type of assistance for woman and men who left bad situations that shows just a tad bit a compassion or at least be able to point tu to the right resources however I did speak with a Vicky J once who was super amazing and helpful very kind person who does deserve 5 stars for her part

I have been dealing with a medical situation that is costing me because of the DHS office probably close to $1,000 I can sum it up in one word LAME ! If they think I'm going to lay down and let this go to collections because of their mistake they got another thing coming

I have called over and over again, sent in my redetermination papers at the end of may and still have not heard back. Left a message. The last message I left I wasn't called until a couple weeks later. Someone needs to be there to answer the phone. Especially when I can't confirm my identity with abe just because I don't have any credit cards or loans in my name. 🤦‍♀️

I just hung up the phone with a phone rep and she wanted to get loud with me because she has "tons of millions if cases to take care of she cant just drop her schedule to work on my case" I never asked her to do that. I have been starving with literally bare cabinets and no food in my fridge or freezer for 2 MONTHS because I never recieved my redetermination letter in the mail. To the point I unplugged my refrigerator. So because I never got my letter in the mail my redetermination was late. When I found out I didnt get my link was when I was calling and trying to get ahold of these people. A government help facility and no one takes it seriously. I've been trying to fix this since the mid-end of april!!!!

Nobody EVER answers the phone, They say to leave a message and they will get back to you in 2 business days. I've now called 8 TIMES and have not heard from anyone. I called the state and they emailed them. THIS IS RIDICULOUS! If they had a need or a problem or a change to their case you BET they would be taken care of! RETURN YOUR PHONE CALLS THIS IS RIDICULOUS

Seriously worst service ever I apply on time do the phone interview then get told it will be processed don't recive any letters or call backs after I left numerous messages about my problem the last piece of mail I received said myself and my family would recive medical benefits through out 2018 and having to go to the dr the first time the other day be told you don't have medical insurance. Your card is not active And there's never an operator to take calls and no one calls back when a message is left

Friendly Staff. Usually a little wait to get service, depends on how busy the office is. Issues can be resolved normally quickly. Make sure of all the documents you need before you go, makes thing much easier and hassle free...

Calls are never answered an when you leave a voicemail to be called back soon as possible, you don't hear from someone for almost a month later. This is ridiculous an needs to have a better system going. I don't have the time to go down there Everytime I need to talk to someone.
