Went to sawmill museum to see the holiday Train. Although the lights weren't very bright (still light out) it was still an AWESOME sight to see. Much better at dusk (when it left). I would definitely recommend seeing the train.
I didn't visit the museum itself
seeing as how your charged.

Kids love it and adults have plenty to learn also while there. They have a working water play table for the kids to play with boats, logs and the river. Plenty of play houses too.

Enjoyed out groups tour thru the museum. Lots of rich history of the clinton area saw mills and business. Enjoyed looking at the different machines to pictures of the old rafts ect. Over that they had different areas for the kids to interact and play with things. They have a water table that the kids can close gates ect and float down boats and logs. Great place to visit for a few hours. I would recommend checking it out.

What a great hidden gem! My wife and I were visiting family in Port Byron when we found the sawmill museum. There's a great mix of items for adults and children. You could tell that they invested in quality exhibits. We loved the water exhibit, the interactive log raft, and the animatronic lumber barons (which were so realistic as to be borderline creepy! Lol) we spent a solid two hours there, and will probably visit again!

Great info on mill operations and surrounding areas. Really near old photographs of logging and area history. If you have kids there are many fun activities for them, including a giant water table. Knowledgeable and friendly staff.
