Matthew's pub crawl was beyond the best ! We had such a great time learning about the towns history along with the ghost stories of other people's, to his very own. He has a pull over the crowd. He is definitely such a beautiful soul and has made such a great establishment! Stop by his store. It has so many things to choose from. Matthew is truly one of the most amazing people i ever met. Keep up the amazing things. I'll be back to visit again

This was an awesome event we did for my bachelorette party! Loved hearing the history of Galena, the places we visited, and of course the ghosts. Even my skeptic friends enjoyed it! Next time I’m in town, I will be doing this again!

My partner and I have developed such a good relationship with Matthew & have done his tour now 3 times, every time is so engaging, fun, exciting, hilarious and memorable. We love learning about Galena’s history & what happened here hundreds of years ago! We will take a tour every time we come here for a weekend trip, just to spend that time with Matthew. Could not recommend an activity more than we recommend this. You’ll be hooked!

We attended on 11/11/2023. We got to visit 2 places and found the tour to be fun and very informative. Matthew is very charismatic and funny. He tells stories of the ghosts and also you get a ton of history in his event. I wouldn't really call it a a "pub crawl." If you're hoping for a typical bar crawl with many stops and drinks at each stop, this isn't it. We did get the opportunity for a drink at each of our two stops, and those came out quickly, but it was more about the storytelling. Overall, excellent tour, great information, interesting history. He also picked a volunteer to use the dowsing rods which was really cool. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Galena, first timer or somebody who's been there many times before! 🖤👻🖤

My husband and I had such a fun time! Matthew is incredibly funny, charismatic, and great at story telling! You will learn so much about the city of Galena and all of the fascinating stories it holds. We took several photos on the tour, and did find some questionable figures in some photos! Matthew's shop is also full of some great items!

Matthew himself was great! The stories and history he shared was very informative and interesting. Locations vary, bring cash for drinks and double fist them as you'll be able to only order once per location.. It's really not about drinking so don't come expecting to get lit.. Only thing it's more of him telling stories than trying to communicate with the dead. On A nice night like the Saturday we went would be perfect for Matthew to take his tour outside to take pictures of the town and maybe at least show us some places..

After the tour I took a bunch of pictures of the town and actually cought some orbs.
Not only are they there, but they also move!
I also may have gotten a face or two in a window. Have to verify with Matthew himself. So overall was a cool experience if your not a hardcore skeptic..

I'm my photos the town was practically dead... Few bars open even less people in them. Weird considering it's a holiday weekend but I guess the young crowd of Galena isn't hanging around the tourists. The sky was cloudy so no stars..
In the middle left you'll see there's a yellow light, that's from a rooftop. But above that you'll see two green orbs.. now if you go through each photo you can see the lower orbs move to the right, then back again.. So cool

Enjoyed our time on the tour learning more about the history of Galena and why it is such a hotspot for lost souls. Matthew was very charismatic, humorous, and knowledgeable about the town. I'll be watching all my future photos for blue orbs...want to know why? Take the tour and find out!

Absolutely a wonderful experience. Matthew is a great guide and very interactive with the group. Fun way to learn the history of Galena. I am definitely going to do this tour again! We had a blast. When in Galena, I strongly suggest taking this tour, you will not be disappointed.
