I appreciate that you do not want to show up with a dirty bus, but driving in the middle of the gravel and not allowing your neighbors to pass you at 13mph is pretty ridiculous!! I guess they are not aware that other drivers are potential customers. 🤷

Excellent company to work with. As a fellow black tie operator to the north, we know this company operates under the highest standards and ethics at all times. Measured and kind leadership trickles down to their chauffeurs which provide the best customer service amongst any transportation companies in the area hands down.

BUYERS BEWARE! I used 3 guys and a bus for our wedding on 10/22/22 and they sent us a bus with broken AC and inoperable windows (only 2 windows could be cracked opened on the entire bus). The bus driver felt so bad as it was 80 degrees out and the bus was extremely hot upon boarding it. She tried to call the company but she got no where. The AC had quit working when she was on her way to pick us up. We were able to help her get the AC going for about 10 minutes before it broke down again. We only had AC for about 10 minutes for the 2 hour bus trip. We had 3 small children on the bus with us and they got extremely crabby from being so hot. We were able to crack a couple of the windows open, however most of the windows would not open and everyone was hot and miserable. We called a few days after the wedding and Stacy with 3 guys and a bus was not compassionate at all. She offered $50 back out of the $800 that we paid. It was rather insulting, we thought maybe she was not understanding the damper this put on our after the ceremony pictures as we had a 20 minute drive to the first stop. We tried to relay this to Stacy a second time and again was offered the $50. We had asked for $200 of the $800 back and asked for the owners contact information after the second time of being offered $50, Stacy then came back and said she spoke with the owner and they were now offering $100. This was a ton of back and forth and disheartening that Stacy AND the owner felt this bad experience was only worth $100 when we paid $800 for a dependable and reliable bus for our very special day.
We are leaving this review for the public in hopes to spare someone else of this same experience. If you decide to go with 3 Guys and a bus for your special occasion, I suggest asking them to provide some type of guarantee that you will have heat and AC on the bus, especially if you will be using it for 2 hours like we did.
I can’t stress enough that If you want to hire someone that is concerned about the outcome of your special occasion, I highly suggest looking into a more reputable company.

Stacie was amazing from the phone call to book the bus to the night of the event! Very courteous, answered all my questions, responded to emails in a timely fashion, and drive around the Old Lady party bus with a smile!!!! Thanks for making our night uneventful and carefree for me. I’d use 3 Guys and a Bus again!!!

Won’t find another company with cleaner, nicer, well maintained and correctly insured busses/vehicles. Drivers always host a good time - well worth the money. Very accommodating, won’t leave you stranded on the side of the road. Been around well over a decade and they never disappoint!

From beginning to end, 3 Guys and a Bus was the best! The booking process was easy and quick. They arrived on-time. Gabe was professional and courteous and even the photographer for our group pictures! The limo bus was spacious and clean. The lights and speakers kept the party going! Five stars and will definitely book again!! Thanks for a memorable night!!

These guys took care of us for our Party Bus trip for the IndyCar race day. They handled all the logistics for parking and getting us there to and from comfortably and safely. While we were at the concerts and race, they kept the bus running for the A/C to keep us cool in between the shows and the race. We will never have to research out another bus company!
