Used Brian a few years ago for a trip starting in Vegas then on to the Grand Canyon then Sedona AZ flew home from Phoenix. Had an issue with the hotel in Sedona (not Brian's fault) he resolved it immediately. After covid and our retirement we have taken four trips in the past year Monika handled the arrangements. She wasn't enthusiastic or particularly helpful with extras like info on golf cart rentals. Told me it was up to me to handle things like that. I always thought the customer wasn't charged by travel agents but we were charged $40 extra for each airline ticket. Our last trip in June 2023 was to Freeport Bahamas we didn't want a car rental having no experience driving on the left she booked us a very nice hotel with only a fine dining dinner restaurant. The hotel was several miles from other restaurants and almost a mile from the beach. There was a lovely resort right on the beach with many dining options. She just didn't do a good job and I will not use her or this agency again. We're planning 3 to five trips each year so they've lost a lot of business from us. If you do use them ask for Brian or anyone else and find out what they are charging you for.

Despite the bad reviews. I decided to give them a try.... My family and I were planning a trip to the Bahamas and I needed some assistance since I was traveling with an elderly person. I called on a Monday , gave the dates and location, was told I would have a quote and pkg put together by Wednesday at the latest. Its now going on two weeks and still nothing from this company. Really bad customer service. I would recommend using ANY one else!!!!!

Had a Great experience with Brian McPhillips at Forest Lake Travel. Brian sent us on a great vacation to Jamaica. Everything went so smoothly from the flights to ground transportation to the beautiful resort and then back home again. And it was all for a reasonable price. We will use Brian for all of our future vacation needs and would be happy to recommend him to our friends and business associates.

Best thing i ever did. Ive always planned my own vacations but when it came to touring the National Parks in Utah, i was clueless. Not only did they schedule every step perfectly, they provided an app with directions and suggestions on stops to make along the way to our next destination. Im not sure ill ever plan another vacation on my own. Thanks so much Shelley!
