Always been a good rental, until last week. The left rear tire picked up a screw,so in anabottrd attempt to change the, the spare was there, however there was no jack and no lug wrench. A borrowed lug wrench only proved that the lugs were last installed with an impact wrench and to an extreme extent. Too much for a 66 year old with a history of stroke.

I can’t thank Rick enough for really saving us. Our vehicles water pump went out on our trip from Ohio to Florida and was overheating, just by luck we were passing Rick’s and noticed the garage doors open and I figured I’ll take a chance and see if anyone can help us. His mechanic looked at the engine to make sure it was the water pump made a phone call and had the part there in 15 minutes and started working on it immediately. Had the new water pump on in a couple hours and we were on our way. I’m telling you right now nobody would have started that job at 2:30 having someone just pull in. Rick’s is definitely all about helping people. Great people, thanks again

The service it was very good, and a very reasonable price. I really needed to rent a car for a couple of days, and the car they gave me to use was perfect for my commute. The only drawback, is that they close at 5 Sharp. I think it would be nice if they were open until at least 6 pm.

I rént a car on fridqy to go to doctors just for the day The dont due weekends so you have to rént for the whole week. The car Is very durty. The staff was nice
