Please beware of this place!! I had to book a different venue the day before my Mother’s surprise bday event because the banquet manager, Radona, put wrong date in the computer system which lead to booking a sweet sixteen on our day and lied. Instead of telling us she made a mistake, she continued to lie and say there was a leak in the ballroom and that is why they couldn’t do the party. Luckily, Andrew, who is the owner of the Grand Venetian, helped with finding a new venue the night before and helped cater because of the huge inconvenience. Radona seems to be very nice initially, but after getting our initial deposit, I saw how careless and insensitive she can be. Had we not talked to the owner, she would have continued with her lie and cared less of the struggle we had to go through in finding a different place in such short notice.

My husband and I had our wedding ceremony and reception at The Grand Venetian on 9/27/19 and could not be happier. This wedding venue really has it all - professional and courteous staff, a beautiful event space, gorgeous centerpieces, elegant table settings, FANTASTIC food (so important!!), and plenty of outdoor space amidst a lush green golf course. Radona and her staff were truly second to none, the whole wedding was executed with pure professionalism, care and attention to detail. Radona was on top of everything from our very first meeting with her - from giving us a run down of the ceremony/wedding itself (we had a lot of questions as this was a first for both my husband and I), to scheduling a tasting, to putting us in touch with the bakery for our cake and even recommending DJ's and other vendors we were still in search of. Needless to say, we booked this venue for our wedding on the spot and could not recommend it enough. I do feel the need to reiterate once again that the food was amazing and there was an abundance of it during the cocktail hour and the reception (we chose the buffet package) - I just wish I had more time to enjoy it during the wedding!

Had an amazing experience for my daughter’s Sweet 16! Radona and her staff made the process of planning easy and seamless! Great food and everyone had a fabulous time! Would definitely recommend for any and all of your event needs!!!!

Recently had a golf outing and luncheon here. The Staff, service and food were outstanding. I would recommend this venue to anyone who does to want to stress about the details. The staff made this event stress free. I received so much positive feedback from my attendees I will be booking my next event here. Thank you Radona and staff.
