The hotel policy is to accept pets, it does NOT say if they are dogs, cats or any particular species. I have a ferret and they did NOT want to rent me a room because they only accept dogs according to the lady who helped us. And to top it off with a bad attitude. I do NOT recommend it to anyone and even less if you have pets that are not "DOGS"

And looking at other people's recommendations, they definitely have to call a good extermination company for the cockroach nest they have.

I stay in hotels often for work and this one is by far the worst. I wish I could post a scary video of the horror. Dirty sheets, cockroaches in the bolroken shower. I feel there's no way on earth every room is this bad and for bringing a baby with me at checking in would have prompted something somewhat presentable. Everyone was appalled, had they not charged me the added deposit for no reason , I would have gone somewhere else but it's 2 am and my infant is crying. Save the embarrassment and stay somewhere else. 0 Stars isn't available

My Fiance and I booked a room for a night on our way to Kentucky and I have to tell you I was not happy! I have seen so many bad motels in my life but this one takes the cake the lady at the counter needs to be given a new job because she is clearly unhappy or does not care at all for people because her attitude was deplorable! And when we got to our room the door was wide open! There were bugs everywhere, the sheets were stained, bed was noisy, the bathroom was disgusting, I mean my list just goes on and on! False advertising on the tv channels and the room smelled like cigarettes and I have asthma! We also ran out around 2am to get food and came back and couldn’t get into our room because they deactivate the key after a certain time when you’re checkout time is 11am the room service people could really use some manners because the dirty looks are not needed! Never ever coming back here again! Too ghetto for me

I travel for work and this one is one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at. Giant roaches, dirty sheets and towels, breakfast is mid, and the service is terrible.

The people were friendly but if the inside looked like there pictures they show on the internet it would be a nice place to stay for the money. The beds were upgraded and good to sleep on. But the floor and around the tub and toilet were filthy. When they came to clean the room I had made the beds. All they did is give us was clean towels. However did not replace the soap and shampoo. The bottle of shampoo was so small I barely had enough to wash my hair. This motel is off 2 expressways so it was very noisy. the garbage cans outside have not been emptied for at least a month. The breakfast was a joke. Coffee was hot one day and the next it was cold and tasted old. The cereal looked old and the counter choices were cereal or a waffle. No butter to put on the waffle and a gallon jug of syrup that looked filthy. Nit to mention the whole counter was filthy. I went for coffee at 7:30 am. I recommend you look elsewhere.

For everyone that has had a good experience here I am happy you got lucky and enjoyed yourself, however if you're going to stay here then please know your rights! Staff and Managers are very demanding here, customer service is very poor, room service is very far and in between. I would recommend reading the reviews on here first!

I stayed here for four nights and i'd have to say that it was the worst experience ever!! They demand payments after accounted nights were already paid for. (A misunderstanding but still they were very rude and very demanding). Our family pet made a mess but we paid for a pet fee too and we agreed to pay for damages and they still threatened to call the police after we agreed to pay for damages. Black mold in the showers, Room service didn't clean even halfway, they left blankets on the floor, the room looked clean until you actually start looking around behind desks, tables, etc. ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK!

Yep, there are roaches.

In addition to being an all around dirty place, there are roaches that are bold and plentiful enough to crawl across the wall or your desk with zero fear. The bed in our room was not particularly comfortable either, but worse then the discomfort of the rather hard and thin mattress was the loud and obnoxious banging noises that would come thundering up from the strange and hollow base of our bed at even the slightest movement.

While such motel quirks might only to be expected from such inexpensive lodgings, what might actually surprise you is the rude and confrontational nature of the staff and/or management.

Due to unforseen circumstances, my husband and I have been taking a lot of extended stays at various hotels recently. Exhausted from all the moving around, we decided to take advantage of Choice Hotels late checkout option for gold members and get a little extra shut eye before our departure. However, our lazy day was not to be.

At 11 o'clock we heard a knock and were greeted by a member of the staff unlocking our door despite our request to hold on a moment. The man before us promptly asked if we intended to stay another day or were ready leave. We informed him we were leaving but would be checking out at 1:00 P.M rather then 11:00 A.M., as we were gold members. He began insisting rudely that we could stay another night or checkout immediately. We reiterated our wish for a late checkout and he immediately became hostile.

The man insisted that if we did not wish to stay another night then we could leave no later than 12:00 P.M, but only because he wanted to be nice. Then he claimed that our room had been reserved so we needed to leave so that the next person could check in, despite his earlier query as to whether we wished to stay longer or not.

We again reminded him of Choice Hotels late checkout option as well as the posted check-in time of 3:00 P.M and he triumphantly declared that that rule only applied if the room had not been reserved, which he now claimed it had. Then, losing all remnants of composure, the man began shouting at us that since we would not take his kind offer to leave at 12:00 P.M. he would simply call the cops on us. Then he began stalking off, leaving me to call after him that we would be gone by 12:00 P.M. despite the obviousness of his lie.

Overall a very poor and hostile experience. Half full soap containers and an almost empty toilet paper roll were just the icing on the cake of our dreadful stay.
