Teresa is great at what she does! I'd know, I'm her son. Ever since I've been a little kid I remember spending time at the travel agency with my mom while she worked for her clients. She is determined to help them and doesn't abide by 'working hours'. Her clients are her clients beyond them paying for service. I've seen her take calls in the middle of the night from clients with emergencies on different continents, and I've seen her do the same for clients that have burned her in the end and it didn't work out for them.
