The room was dirty. I killed a bug in the first 5 minutes of being in the room. Had sticky substance on all surfaces because it was not wiped down. Bathroom had black mold of some sort. Coffee maker in the room was not cleaned out. The remote for the tv did not work. I had to stand at the tv and use the buttons on it to make it work.
Night employee upon check in was nice. Morning employee on 12/17/2024 was so rude. Because the coffeemaker in the room was disgusting, I took my things to my car to go to the gas station for coffee. When I got to the lobby I smelled coffee was being brewed. When I came back in, the light to the breakfast room was off. I looked at the coffee maker and it showed brewing complete. I noticed the employee in the office and she did not respond so I moved coffee carafe off of brewer. She then walked in, turned on the light in the room, told me not to touch the pot. I told her I had watched it count down and it was ready and was attempting to assemble the pot. She grabbed it and put dispenser in pot, flipped off the light and stormed out very upset with me. I dropped my key on the desk and left. I have not ever been treated like that from a person at a hotel ever. I am in retail and customer service is everything. This lady can make or break your company. She may want to find another job if a coffee maker takes her over the edge. Instead of being upset that I helped myself to coffee she may want to apologize for sitting in the office and not doing her job. I feel sorry for anyone that has to deal with her. She is not a public friendly person.

The bedding was dingy and the bed was not made or comfortable. the towels were dingy as well and could have been rewashed or replaced. Dirty hotel. halls need vacuuming. Dogs barking. Housekeeping working at night so there is no sleeping. We left a list of complaints with the housekeeper who was trying to clean laundry or rooms and was tasked with checkouts. she could not help us or explain why our bill was $50 more than it should have been. The bathtub was spray painted ivory and was peeling and had mold.

This hotel, despite being part of the Wyndham chain, is in terrible condition. The rooms resemble a rundown motel—dirty, with old towels and stained bed sheets. It's unclear what caused the stains, but it's certainly unsettling. While the location is convenient, I want to warn potential guests to be prepared for an unpleasant stay. Dirty rooms, got moved 3 times and each time it got worse! Floors are disgusting. Hadn’t been swept or mopped I asked for it to be cleaned to come back and have it smell better but floors still hadn’t been cleaned even after specifically asking for them to be as I have a almost one year old. So I asked to be moved to be put in a room with wet moist nasty floors, literally wet. Smelled like a pets crate. Next morning asked to be moved again thinking third time is the charm my daughter got bit by a bug. Do better owners and Baymont this is unacceptable! My children and I were so uncomfortable all weekend it was an absolute nightmare! Get it together!

Room was clean-ish, smelled like cigarettes, I had one clean looking towel, and housekeeping only changed towels once. Extended-stay guests made a lot of noise all hours of the night. And heard reports of bedbugs from past guests (didn’t see any) Just stay at the country view.

The front desk fellow was very nice. The rest of the stay was just unbelievable. I could not believe how this hotel has gone down over the years. The filth I don't think anybody's cleaning it. I would not have stayed but there was no place else I could go for the night. Know that we won't stay here ever again. Unless this company cleans up their hotel here I wouldn't recommend it ever.

Arrived at hotel late evening. Was in town to work at the local Marathon. Front desk clerk (Lauren?) and another guest were talking with me in front of the complex. A woman came around the corner and said "bch" and continued into the glass corridor. Once she was in the glass corridor, she said "f*ing b**ch." The front desk clerk {Lauren) assured me that the comments weren't directed at me. They shouldn't be directed at anyone. A workplace or hotel is no place for language like that. It wasn't until I went to check in that I learned it was another front desk clerk talking like that. Upon checking in, she was rude and blunt. I had to go to the front desk to get an invoice and this same rude clerk was working. She was sitting in the back at a desk and certainly didn't want to come to the front counter to address my need. She acted like I was a bother to her. The phone in my room didn't work at all. Wasn't even able to call the front desk. Now I stay elsewhere when I have to travel to work in that area.

Right across from the Hershey factory, rooms were ok, biggest downfall was the pillows. I actually went down to Walmart and bought 2 of my own. Decent breakfast in the morning, standard egg pucks and sausage, toast, cereal, waffle maker, juice machine.
