Positive: Staff was exceptional! They were very friendly and helpful. Hotel room was extremely clean, which was a definite surprise. Pricing was right with other hotels or less. Loved the location!!!! Had a lot of restaurants around that were absolutely fantastic! Negative: Breakfast buffet could use some improvement. Never saw bacon offered. One day the biscuits were over cooked & another undercooked. Juice machine appeared to need a good cleaning however. Creamer wasn't what should have been in dispensers.

Hotel was what you would expect from a Holiday Inn Express. Beds were comfortable, breakfast was good (including cinnamon rolls). My only complaint is something the hotel can’t fix. Multiple times in the middle of the night we were awoken by train horns. For this reason I would probably book elsewhere if I had to stay in town again.

REMOLDED MOTEL WAS VERY CLEAN AND THE SHOWER WAS THE BEST, VERY RELAXING. THE ROOM WAS VERY SPACIOUS AND THE LIGHTING WAS VERY NICE AND SOFT, NOT BLINDING. THE BEDS WERE VERY COMFORTABLE. THE HEAT WAS A LITTLE HARD TO REGULATE BUT WE HAD IT COOL ENOUGH TO SLEEP WELL.

The room was cleaner than usual minus stains on the fitted bed sheets. The food looked good each morning but was cold or undercooked, cinnamon rolls were like rocks and coffee grains were the best part. Heat didn’t work and it was in the 20’s at night. This hotel has steadily gone downhill since it’s opened.

All of the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful during our stay. We arrived late in the night on the first night and needed a late checkout on the second night. They were great to accommodate us for both of those. The hotel is well maintained and was very clean. The bed was comfortable and the room had a good amount of space.

Beautiful facility, easy check in and most helpful guest attendant! Spacious rooms and super clean. Traveling from Iowa and took a chance on this establishment… so happy we did! Breakfast had a variety of of hot and cold choices…. More than most hotel offerings.

This hotel is well cared for and quite nice. The sheets were clean and soft. The room was clean. The lobby was kept nice in spite of the rain and constant mud tracking in. The staff was diligent!
