This is hands down one of the two nicest best westerns I have ever stayed at. Everything was extremely clean, especially the ice machine! Breakfast was fantastic! And every single employee i interacted with incredibly nice.

I know this hotel is still fairly new, but it isn't brand new, yet still appears as it is. One of the nicest, cleanest hotels I've stayed at and I stayed at 100s coaching travel softball. Breakfast had a number of choices and tasted fresh. Breakfast server was super nice as well! Very very clean.

Great addition to the hotel market in Olney. The rooms were nicely designed and very clean. Dog friendly! (for a fee) The staff was very friendly and professional (a big shout out to Renee from Marlowe! ). Ample complimentary parking. The breakfast selections (also complimentary) were more expansive than similar hotels. If you are visiting Olney, book this Best Western.

This BW is the best! We have stayed here numerous times. Always would give a 5 star rating. Rooms are very nice and clean. Breakfast is very good with a alot to choose from. The Staff are always smiling and very friendly. Would highly recommend!

I arrived early was able to check in early with no fee charge. The rooms was very clean breakfast was good as well. Jamie and the other guy at the front good customer service also the lady in the breakfast room.

This hotel is one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. I was here 5 and a half years ago when it first opened and have stayed multiple times over the years. It is still just as clean today as it was on opening week. The staff in all departments are awesome. They are all extremely helpful and appear to enjoy working here. If just passing thru, visiting family, or are on business I would highly recommend for you to stay at Parkside Best Western!

Everything was wonderful. The check-in was easy, as I was able to complete most everything online the day before. The breakfast bar was fantastic. It had great food and drinks, including a coffee dispenser with many different types of drinks. The room was large and clean. The restroom was very clean and had the appropriate soaps, etc. It was right next to the event center where our group was meeting.

Racist employees here. It's been years since I've went but I won't forget how they falsely accused the person I was staying with and I of smoking marijuana when we never did. Housekeeping ladies claimed we admitted we smoked in the room and got charged a hefty fee. Olney, IL used to be a sundown town (Google it if you are unaware of what that is) and it shows, even at their hotels. If you're a person of color, particularly black, come here to be treated like a gang banger who gets hotel rooms to do drugs in.

Edit to respond to the business: I do not go by my real name on Google. My name is not Ellie and I stayed at this location in 2020. This did happen because it got escalated to corporate. The only reason I leave this review years after the fact is because I want people of color traveling to be safe and know what they're headed into.
